Nice amount of outlets and charging devices and appliances. Nice big bathroom mirror. Everything else was average and comforting as well as a hotel could be. Nice big bed

The bathroom floor tiles were an issue. Most were loose, and one was broken right at the door. The sharp edge was raised up to a point where the edge could cut someone's foot. You might want to install a light above the entry door. There is a switch already there. The bathroom light isn't bright enough when a suitcase is placed under the coat rack. Shower pressure was too weak for us

I arrived late at night and checked in with no problem, everyone was friendly even the cleaning staff that would pass me in the hall said hello! the room was spacious and nice for the price it was amazing. A very nice place to hole up in the winter storm as I waited for it to pass

I really wish the restaurant was back open, the breakfast was prepackaged stuff. Additionally, being stuck at the hotel because the roads were too bad to navigate during the storm, there wasn't many options in the vending machines. not a single diet cola option and no options for hot food or sandwiches. I'd have spent a lot of money in that restaurant were it opened but it looks like it hasn't been open since covid started, which is a shame.

The bed was comfortable and the room had the amenities we expected when we made the reservation. It is well situated and the parking is plentiful. Check-in was quick and easy. Despite being near the highway, the noise level was not an issue for sleeping.

Because the bottom floor rooms are the first to go, and we arrived rather late - around 8:00 pm, we were left with a second-floor room. As both my spouse and I are seniors, negotiating stairs when carrying luggage, even if only 1 flight, is always best avoided. It would be most convenient for the total to have an elevator to assist in the area.

We arrived a little bit before check-in time, but a room was ready anyway. The lady working the desk was very nice and had me checked in and on my way quickly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was also a very nice size and made our stay even more relaxing. The room was very clean - excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel is located near the highway, which made travelling easy.

Our stay was very pleasant - there are no issues to mention.

Lady at check in wasn’t friendly and didn’t notify us of grab and go breakfast which was fine, but I asked her breakfast hours and she just said 530-930am Didn’t offer any information or engage in conversation

Usb in the lamps base was a great idea. Hot water was quickly obtained. Floorplan was nicely layer out. Wifi didn't drop out. Didn't use these, but was nice to have available to use the iron, iron board and blow dryer.

Bed was a little stiff. Also the shower floor was dirt stained and had a bit of slim on it that we had to clean so it wasn't a fall hazard. A switch was provided, but no light above you as you entered the room.

It has a great location off of I95. The room was very clean and comfortable. I thought the road would be too noisy overnight, but I had a nice quiet sleep in the comfortable bed. Microwave, mini fridge, and small coffee maker in the room.

I didn’t see an elevator. I’m not sure if they had one. the promised breakfast was plentiful but surprising. A pepperoni Hot Pocket to be microwaved back in our room. Banana, yogurt, and a large oatmeal cookie. Coffee and juice was also available.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge and it worked well. It was in walking distance of a restaurant. There were vending machines for pop and water and and an ice making machine.

No outside entrance from your room. Had to walk down a common hallway to a common entry way.

We liked the cleanliness and friendly attitudes of the staff. Also, the hotel was easily accessible off the highway.

Being new to the area, we would have liked a guide of restaurants, interesting sites, etc… Also, there was no TV guide except through our own trial and error. Thirdly, there was no elevator.

Loved having a table and 2 chairs in the room A lot of hotels don’t have that and we find it an important piece We were able to sit and have our takeout dinner comfortably the night we arrived as well as our coffee the next morning

We found the smell of the cleaning products to be a bit overwhelming which I didn’t care for That was really the biggest thing we didn’t like
