Wonderful location, right next to a small but charming beach where you can watch waterfowl, wade in the tidal pools, and watch the boats and ferry. Also, easy walking distance to the ferry for Isleboro, located next to a pub, and very close to 2 lobster/seafood restaurants, a pop-up ice cream stand, a place where you can get pizzas and subs and coffee in the morning, and an antique store/gallery. Also, about a 10-minute drive into Camden, which is lovely, and a 10-minute drive in the other direction to Belfast. Not a fancy place but clean, quiet, room had everything I needed for my stay.

The location was excellent! Foot travel distance to the beach, local shops, and the pub next-door. The room was also adorable and spacious. It included amenities that you don't usually think of, such as plates, cups, and silverware!

It is an older house, which means very thin walls. Not anything to knock the place, but something to definitely keep in mind. I did also notice some overdue deep cleaning in the room, such as behind the mirror.

Perfect location near water, beach, seafood restaurants, hiking in Camden Hills State Park, Camden, ferry (20 min ride on the water with lighthouse on the other side of the bay). The room called the Crows Nest has 2 sliding doors onto the deck with a view of the water and beach, facing east. Nice to sit outside to eat or have your coffee outdoors with sun coming up. Warm and friendly atmosphere with welcoming and helpful host

The restaurant was not yet open for the season since I stayed in beginning of April. But it seemed like an excellent addition to the location; with live music in season. You can stay at the inn and have beach, food, and entertainment all in one place. Combined with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave in the room you can spend a few days without having to drive anywhere!

this is an older home renovated into 5 units. it was situated on a very sizeable lot which had a grass covered lawn with an unobstructed view of the bay.

i did not like the tv being in the parlor and not being seen from the bed. the only view from the room was of the hwy and and other homes. you have to back into the parking area adjacent to the home or pull in and back out into traffic.

We were in the Timberwind room. It had a queen bed with gorgeous decor and a little sitting room. The owners went out of their way to make it inviting and like we were guests in their home!

Check in and out was confusing. We weren’t sure if we were to call the owner or just leave the key in the room. If it would’ve been explained up front it would’ve helped.

Location was great- Lincolnville has just enough to keep busy without overwhelm. Restaurants within walking- beautiful sea views - the Isleboro ferry! Lobster! Our host Dorothy was attentive without being hovering- loved her! No breakfast but Dots at the top of the hill was Awesome ❤️

No breakfast but coffee and tea were provided in apartment. The place was beautiful with a balcony that offered a view overlooking the harbor. Easy walk to the few eateries that were opened. Very spacious with full kitchen, bath,bedroom with king bed, and living room. It also included a large glassed in porch with puzzles books and comfy chairs.

Unfortunately Rt 1 runs right through the middle of town. We were on the street side and the traffic noise was hard to bear.

Centrally located, close to restaurants and just a nice little property. Views were lovely.

Issue with booking.com and the property. We paid when we arrived and then we were also charged by booking.com. We were told by the location that it was all taken care of but a month later we have yet to see a refund.

We just loved our time here. The setting is magical. Right on the water with views from the many outdoor patios. Most rooms either include a sitting area or open to a cozy space for reading and relaxing. Plush towels and comfy beds with great pillows. Book early as there are not many rooms.

DELIGHTFUL LOCATION FOR A WEEKEND RETREAT! Lovely little village with good restaurants within walking distance, a beer store with driving distance, and a good story or two from generous hosts! A beautiful sunny porch for your morning coffee and a small sandy beach within 5 minutes of the cabin. Beautiful views of the quiet harbor, and pleasantly out of the mainstream tourist rush. Central to coastal locations.
