I love the ADULT ONLY jacuzzi , movies at the pool , the yoga and pool table and s’mores I love everything wish I could stay longer ! Miss Sue, Melanie,Sarah, oJ and jemal were all helpful and great it was no room so I put it here. OJ helps the whole weekend and knew where everything was and jemal was very informative about the resort and needs of the guest. Sarah was a great server i had a problem with my sandwich she fixed it without hesitation. Miss sue and Melanie are gem 💎 miss sur remember my family and the s’mores was epic . Yoga teacher was good ! Elevator always worked and came fast family are friendly and after being there for a few days seeing the same ppl We all become family

This would have been a perfect 10 except for two things. First, I reserved a water view room and got a view of the parking lot. So tired when we got there that we didn't raise a fuss. Second, the fire alarm went off a couple hours after arrival and we had to evacuate into the cold. The staff told us nothing nor did they offer any compensation. What happened? Did they need to offer a free room voucher? No. But a cup of coffee or hot cocoa would have been good.

Resort was even better than anticipated. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and both outdoor hot tubs were open. Plenty to do and tons of quiet spaces if you just want to sit and read or look at the water.

Only complaint is that the food in the restaurants could have been better for the price.

Was advertised as a disability room. It is far from that. The toilet is too low. The shower was movable but placed in the highest position which I cannot reach. There was no shower stall. Just tub which I could not get in because I can,t lift my new knee that high yet.

THE STAFF WAS PLEASANT AT ALL TIMES. I ENJOYED THE SPACE AND CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOMS. THE VIEW WAS REALLY NICE.

I WASNT AWARE THE PROPERTY WAS GOING THROUGH UPGRADES. THERE WAS NO NOISE. HOWEVER, THE MAIN PART OF THE HOTEL DID LOOK OUTDATED FOR THE PRICE. I WISH I KNEW THIS PART.

The indoor pool is very large and allowed for great entertainment for my grandchildren. Also, the game room was an additional option since the weather was bad.

The cost of the room was high and then the resort fee was added to the cost.

We loved the location, the room was nicely updated.

It felt like everything was super expensive- water sports, restaurant. The pool and hot tub could use a little updating as it was feeling a bit tired.

It was very clean. They think of everything! Multiple food stands, activities and games for kids, great relaxing spaces for adults.

The buffet could be a little better

The property was beautiful. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

The food was overpriced for the quality.

1. high price for non-conventioneers 2. no free water in the rooms in spite of 90 + degree heat 3. while very exclusive, on-site food options limited and not great
