Best Western Plus Easton Inn & Suites

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and greeted us promptly and efficiently when we arrived. They recommended local seafood restaurants. Our room was upgraded because they needed a handicapped accessible room for another patron. The suite was huge, clean, quiet and exceeded our original expectations.

The only "knock" on the hotel was a 20 minute late arrival of the breakfast staff on our date of departure. The breakfast area was advertised as opening at 6:00am. The lone staff person showed up 20 minutes late and we were on a tight schedule and couldn't stay while she prepared the breakfast food. It impacted -4- patrons. So we had to stop for breakfast at a different location. Even the coffee was from the previous day. This was the only disappointing feature of the hotel.

I liked that the hotel had a great breakfast, clean room, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I went to this property for a special event. It was located about 10 minutes from the event, so it was conveniently located.

This was NO fault of the hotel itself. Unfortunately after getting ready, I called an Uber or Lyft and neither were available on New Year's Eve. Also the local cab companies weren't available either. I ended up getting a ride from another hotel guest who gave me a ride. It was unfortunate, but this is again no fault of the hotel. I will say a positive was the front desk clerk, who did everything she could think of to find a ride for me. It was very kind of her and she went above and beyond to help a guest.

Breakfast was good and plenty of options, lobby was nice, complimentary water and news paper. A lot of nice touches!

I paid about $50 extra after checking rates and reading reviews of other hotels in the area. I felt my room could have been a little cleaner. The clean remote had sticky food residue. I wiped down a wall with food residue. It made me wonder what else did not get thoroughly cleaned. Room was a little dark.

I loved walking into the lobby. It was decorated very homey and I was greeted by a very pleasant front desk attendant. We received a pleasant surprise as we had a suite instead of just a room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room decor could use some updates, but overall we had a very nice visit :)

The hotel was in good condition. The lobby was nice and the clerk was very friendly. Our room was laid out very well and worth every penny. It had a nice updated bathroom and the furniture was clean.

The layout of the room (216) was great, but the bedroom door was broken and did not close. The beds were rather high, no trouble for my wife and I but a shorter person my have an issue jumping on to the bed.

Very Clean rooms and hotel. No problems. I didn't have an opportunity to use the pool or exercise room, but as I went by the pool; people appeared to be enjoying it.

Nothing really. I didn't spend much time at the hotel I was busy. I regret not taking the opportunity to try the breakfast, but I was too busy.

The rooms were squeaky clean, well equipped, beds comfortable, and staff courteous.

These fairly modern rooms should be equipped with several USB outlets to charge guests phones and others. Strangely, there were not enough electrical outlets to accomodate existing machines, some of which remained unplugged... We unfortunately had a young child on the immediate floor above whom ran up and down their room, that was clearly heard and even felt down in our room.

The suite was very large and comfortable. The front desk staff was always friendly and accommodating. They were very welcoming of the Ironman athletes and went above and beyond to provide for us.

We didn’t get washcloths the first few days - had to go to front desk to get them. Both of our keys stopped working multiple times (we were there for 5 nights). The smoke alarm battery indicator went off at 2am (chirping). Went to front desk for new battery, installed it, it was no good. Went back to front desk and got a good battery. Good thing my husband is tall and could reach the alarm, otherwise would have had to wait on maintenance while it continued to chirp. Housekeeping kept leaving 2 shampoos instead of 1 shampoo/1 conditioner.

Room was quite generous in size, and most importantly, it was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in the last 11 months. Included breakfast looked much nicer than than what similar hotels are offering right now. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was wonderfully quiet.

Pillows were very thick/bulky, so I ended up using my bathrobe (from home) as a pillow. Different thicknesses of pillows would be nice. Also, the heating was uneven in the bedroom because so much heat was lost via the window on the very cold night that I stayed there.

We have never stayed in a hotel that was this perfect. Breakfast was hot an fresh every day with choices and the coffee was exceptional. Room was very clean and nicer than expected. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

We had a suite and the chair and sofa were uncomfortable. But that can be overlooked since all else was perfect.
