Hello that was my family & I first time @ that hotel & we celebrated our Christmas there. The hotel was amazing & the cleanliness was on point as well. Janay was an amazing host & we will be back again, hopefully the pool & hot tub is done with maintenance by then. Overall I would recommend everyone to stay @ this hotel.

Everything was amazing.

The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn were extremely helpful with straightening out our reservation that Booking.com never sent through to them. They had no knowledge of my reservation although Booking.com had me as confirmed. It could have been a disaster if they didn't help me and find me two rooms. We were there for a family event.

Booking.com has no customer help line. The reservation confirmation kept referring me to the property who had no record of my stay. I have used Booking.com before but now I am very hesitant to use again.

We loved the service we received at breakfast from hostess/server, Africa. She was wonderful when we visited this hotel in June and she still gave us outstanding service this time in December. She engaged with us and was very helpful with any questions we had about anything. She was also really friendly with my 1 yr old nephew who smiled and laughed with her. She is a great asset to the company and we hope she is there when we visit the next time.

The breakfast was great the 1st morning, but the 2nd morning the my kids started the pancakes were off a bit. We asked if there was a change in cooks and was told that there was a change with 1 person missing. The morning of checkout, the mgr was notified of it and apologized to us and stated that the conversation was had with the cooking staff and that the meals would be much better the next time we visit. She was nice as well and was very helpful.

The breakfast was ok. I thought it was over priced. It was like a continental breakfast that you had to pay to serve yourself.

Tell guest that the breakfast isn't free or don't leave it out to where guest have to serve themselves.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the location was accessible and in a good area with nearby restaurants and plenty of shopping. There were covid restrictions that made my stay less than I expected, for example breakfast was a brown bag with fruit and yogurt, and the hot tub and pool were closed. The reason I wanted to stay there was to use the hot tub and indoor pool so I was disappointed. It wasn't their fault they were forced to close those facilities, so I rated it high regardless.

I am hoping if I return to the hotel that all their facilities would be open including restaurant and pool. However it isn't the fault of the hotel that this plandemic happened and they were forced to close most of the facilities that would otherwise make it outstanding.

The hotel was ok, we slept one night on our way north of Washington and left in the morning after we woke up. We didn't buy breakfast, or used any of its facilities.

We would have liked to try the indoor pool, but its hours of operation didn't allowed that.

The breakfast was disappointing, we had to sit down and get our order taken instead of getting it ourself. which we were not made aware of until after the fact. upon that our breakfast wasn't good. French toast tasted just like fried eggs more that anything! and the 2nd morning, everything was super dry or hard like it was from the day before.

the staff was amazing! Miss. Yolanda, Miss. Samantha, Miss. Gigi, and Miss. Africa not only made sure that our stay was happy and comfortable but looked out for the safety of myself and my daughter, as I am a single mother and we were traveling alone. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring and I could not have asked for a better experience!

the property was a located in a good general area for what we were there to do.

The front hall was under renovation so we didn't have breakfast,even tho the staff told us we will have packed breakfast but it ended up just two bars of energy bars and some other snacks , it's okay ! I liked they have coffee in the front ready ! The swimming pool and hot tub was closed due to Covid that kind sad , I would really enjoy hot tub after long drive! The noise installation between rooms seems not very good , we can clearly hear ppl's conversation and laughing, that was annoying, luckily ,our neighbor was quite during bed time,or I was too tired from driving so I didn't hear the noise! But I liked the big parking lot that was convenient for parking ! The room was clean and didn't have wired smell that's good !

The customer service was exceptional. The lady manager was fantastically brilliant and the lady at the breakfast shop/cafe was extremely supportive and friendly I had to ask for her name fir recommendation. Her name is AFRIKA I suppose .
