The Hummingbird Inn was absolutely amazing. Beautiful home, stylish, Awesome location couple blocks to town, Bed was great, Mattress made for a wonderful sleep. Each room has its own style and decor, each one is beautiful. Eric was a wonderful host. He even took time at night to sit on porch with wine and chat with me, my wife and mom. The new Pollinator Garden was stunning. A beautiful sitting area in the back is a great place to hang out and enjoy the view. Breakfast was outstanding. For dinner I would highly recommend Legal Assets. For lunch try Sunflower and Greens a healthy fun place to eat, A great Historical town that is great fun to walk and enjoy. Staying at Hummingbird Inn made the visit so worth it, My wife and mom cannot wait to get back, Eric and his Team are all amazing at hosting. Attentive and caring. This is a MUST visit and stay. You will be glad you did.

I cannot find a thing that one would dislike.

The owner was engaging, answered all questions completely, did everything necessary to meet our requests, and was an effective multi-tasker. The property was welcoming, was accessorized well, contained wall decorations which were both interesting and appropriate. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. It was presented with a certain understated elegance--well appointed in a relaxed setting. I loved the very large porch. Great location--a quiet street just two blocks from the downtown business hub.

There really wasn't anything I did not like. I always appreciate a small business which is well-managed and responsive to customer needs--two characteristics which, in my opinion, separates it from the norm.

Everything was fantastic. Breakfast was delightful including the service. However the shower was unbelievable. Incredible water pressure. Outstanding experience from arrival 🙂to departure 😥

The weather could have been better, but other than that it would be hard to surpass stay.

Breakfast Outstanding - Staff were great and totally accommodating. Had coffee and snacks available free of charge plus other items that could be purchased at a nominal charge. Areas available inside and outside the property that were great for reading and/or just taking in the ambiance. Plus more than ample parking.

That our stay wasn't longer!!

To walk in was like coming home. Eric greeted us, showed us round and told us where we could go to eat on a busy Easter Sunday. room was spacious and comfortable ,bed delicious, shower amazing, with thick plush towels to use. Breakfast was 3 courses with magic choice of juices/ breakfast cocktails. evenings spent chatting with the ever interesting Eric, and with the other guests

Eric is the gracious and personable host and chef welcoming you home to the Hummingbird Inn. The artful intentionality can be felt through the fare taken to each beautiful nook and cranny of this restored Victorian house. The breakfast was exceptional and my room clean, comfortable and well appointed. The Inn is convenient walking distance to downtown Easton, near Rails and Trails and easy access to nearby Talbot County waterway and small town highlights. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was five stars! Chef Eric was welcoming and is clearly talented. Lovely meal and lovely surroundings!

We just had to be careful in the attic room not to bump our heads on the low ceiling. The charm of the Victorian architecture was wonderful.

Eric is a marvelous chef and incredibly gracious host. This was our second visit, and we’ll be back :). The whole experience was perfect.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary at the Hummingbird Inn. Eric was a wonderful host in a wonderful environment. The room was comfortable and clean with a delicious breakfast. We definitely recommend staying at the Hummingbird Inn!

Everything was wonderful!

The location is outstanding, very easy to day trip to all the local attractions. The town of Easton itself is filled with charming shops, wonderful restaurants and incredible ice cream. The absolute gem of this clean, impeccably kept, upscale delightful inn Is It’s owner, Eric. The attention and information he provides to his guests is priceless. He is inviting, friendly, knowledgeable without ever being intrusive. You will be talking about his breakfasts for days and hopefully you will find a moment or two to relax and enjoy some porch time, you will not be disappointed. Will absolutely be returning and happily recommend to my friends.
