Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very welcoming! The hotel as a whole was very clean.

Rooms could be updated but was they were very clean!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room included a TV, mini-fridge, and microwave, neither of which I used. The breakfast room was right next to the lobby, in an ideal location. The selection was the standard fare that I've seen at many hotels, which was just fine.

The bathroom and sink area did not have any towel bars. The room had a king-sized bed, and there was only one lamp on one side of the bed. There should be a lamp on both sides.

How quick and friendly staff was checking us in. Alex and Tammy was amazing we will be back again very kind and professional 👏

The only thing I don't like in our shower was no shelf to put h Shampoo or wash I would suggest a dispenser in shower like other hotels providing Shampoo conditoner and wash

I had a reservation with another motel on the same street and was hoping to check in early, that other motel had a note on the front door that they were not there and would return at 3:00 for check in. That let me know that early check in wasn't an option. I got on my phone and set up the reservation with Quality Inn and canceled my first reservation. The experience with Quality Inn was wonderful - the greeting as I entered the door, the friendliness of the staff, and the rooms were just want I needed. I have friends in Easton and I would be happy to stay at this Quality Inn again.

There was nothing that I can say that is a negative!

The continental breakfast was out of this world best we ever had. We were treated very good.Thanks to all working at Quality Inn Easton Maryland.

Nothing, we were treated like human people & every one working there cleaning persons where very polite persons at desk treated us very professional I’m giving Quality Inn Easton Maryland a 10 meaning excellent

The staff was excellent from the moment I walked in. Very friendly and inviting. The hotel was immaculate. The room was very clean. Love the microwave and fridge...alot of places doesn't have that in their rooms. The breakfast was a grab and go but still not bad. You had bagels, breakfast sandwiches, juices, coffee, tea. Better than some places.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It was very soft and no matter what we did...we went into a dip in middle of bed. Otherwise no other problem with our experience.

We booked here for the location and the pool however the pool was indisposed the entire trip. If I knew this I honestly wouldn’t have book here it was very unfortunate and should’ve been listed!!!!

The staff is amazing. The hotel is a work in progress. You can see they are upgrading everything even though some of the work is not completed. The grounds are well kept. Breakfast is what you would expect, not bad but nothing to write home about. Location is excellent.

We did not have a towel rack in the bathroom. We had no where to hang our clothes (no closest). This may be because they were still working on upgrading the rooms but it was a bit of an issue.

After 3 nights at a different hotel with a musty smell, this place had zero weird smell:) Unpainted patches on the wall but that didn't detract from the comfort of the room. Both beds had clean, odorless linens and 4 pillows ea.

No real dings but if I could change something it'd be to upgrade the shower head to one w a hose.

The ladies behind the desk were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond! Breakfast was available until 10am so we could sleep in a bit. The variety of food options were well stocked and fresh. Delicious waffles and bananas! The room was quiet, comfortable and a nice size. The property was clean and well-maintained.

The bathroom was not as clean as I would expect, although I feel certain if I had told the front desk they would have sent someone immediately to clean it. The room price was a bit high.
