Fairfield Inn & Suites Germantown Gaithersburg

Staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Facility and room was very clean, and I watched them mopping the lobby floors and elevator twice in less than 24 hours! Breakfast was healthy and delicious, a complete meal provided.

Obviously would have liked a better price, but honestly nothing to complain about. Who wouldn't want to pay less for anything, right?! The only actual issue I noticed was the lack of parking due to construction of the roads, but that is not the hotel's fault. Just grab a spot where you can and don't leave unless you have to.

The location was very convenient to restaurants and the main road to our lacrosse games. Top Golf being next door was fantastic and gave us something to do at night. The front desk staff was very friendly and super helpful.

A seating area outside would be nice for groups to gather. The parking lot was really tight, but I'm guessing much of that on Saturday night was from the mexican restaurant.

I thought the lady at the front desk was very professional and pleasant. I thought breakfast was fine it just took a while for the staff to replenish the food. There were many moments of waiting and we wanted to eat and go but had to wait lengthy periods for food. Overall everything was fine. I'd stay again.

The wait for food and children running through the halls. There was a soccer tournament in the hotel and small children were roaming free through the halls hanging out and playing.

It was perfectly fine for my purposes, in town for a family event. I appreciate that the check in clerk gave me a quiet room, as I requested. I think he may have upgraded me to a room with a small couch area. The next day the morning clerk gave me an hour later for check out, which was very helpful to me.

The breakfast was not good. I know you were limited without the full buffet, but it was not at all appealing. It was generous, but I did not want any of it. Needs higher quality/healthier elements - maybe a healthy cereal and a small milk, fresh fruit, granola or Kind bar (versus krispies bar)

Staff were attentive and helpful even when dealing with a hoard.of young soccer players in town for a tournament. Hot water and coffee always refilled and hot/fresh.

Parking was limited due to adjacent construction, but space available in top golf and local restaurant lots nearby.

Colette at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. Hotel was near lots of places..Top golf, restaurants, movie theater, gas station and close to major highway. We were in town for a funeral, so didn't really enjoy all the area had to offer. The room was clean, spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable.

Parking was a bit rough both nights of our stay. Had to keep driving round the parking lot waiting for someone to move their car. There is also construction nearby hopefully to improve the parking situation.

Very first encounter was the lady behind the check in desk. She was so WELCOMINING very sociable and made us immediately feel AT HBOME! She later advised us upon many places to eat and recommended one in particular that turned out to be outstanding (especially after a long 4hour drive in traffic! She is a great represent- stove of the Marriott-Fairfield organization.

The staff was amazing, very friendly. The hotel was clean. The hotel is in A PERFECT location. Walking distance to many things. Top Golf is next door to the hotel. My plan is to stay there every time I visit Maryland. Which is about every 60 days. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

The ONLY!! Problem I had was the tub in my bathroom drained very slow, so EVERYTIME I took a shower I was standing in water..

I observed another guest who was dealing with a troubling personal health issue your front desk staff was exceptionally kind to this man they went above and beyond what is normally expected and it was because they are good people you’ve hired wonderful people to staff your hotel

The pool was broken

Good hotel - clean, secure, well located, I have stayed here a few times

There could be a few more options offered at breakfast. The bacon is always burnt and difficult to enjoy.
