We were a bit worried when we saw all of the tractor-trailer cabs in the area, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was quiet, with no discernable late night/early morning noise as I expected. We heard some noise through the wall from the room next door but not enough to keep us awake. The common areas and the room were very clean. The room was pleasantly updated. Breakfast was great, with a lot of options. Everything was very clean and foods were individually packaged - even the omelettes! Very good value for the price. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. WiFi was good.

Nothing! There was no "neighborhood" to speak of but there was food delivery available and we only stayed there as a stop over on our way home, so we weren't looking for scenery.

I loved that the hotel was so much more improved than the first time we stayed.This hotel they have alot of construction and a construction company staying there. They are working on improvements and doing a very good job.A up and coming renewing hotel.I also loved that it is a no smoking hotel which is great.My husband has a breathing issue and he had no problems.Very clean! Very quiet hotel for the amount of construction workers staying.We will be back soon.

The staff was efficient, friendly and accommodating. We have never seen such a spread for a buffet breakfast. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, toast, peanut butter, yogurt, banana bread, nut bread, waffles, cheese omelets, bacon, bundt cakes, etc.. It was more than anyone could have asked for. The dining area as well as the other common areas were clean and well lit. The rooms were a good size and also very clean and inviting. Well done !!

There wasn't a thing I would change.

The staff was very friendly and accessible. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. They are dog friendly and there is a large area for exercising dogs.

Our room was on the first floor in the front of the building. When the drapes were open people were walking by and could easily see inside. We did not get a handicap accessible room as requested. The tub side was high and hard to get in and out.

We have stayed here a couple times in the last 2years. This summer(July 2022), the rooms and bathrooms have been completely remodeled, painted, etc. The hospitality clerk at the front desk was very nice, congenial and helpful. She went above and beyond helping travellers with their stays. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price. Breakfast in the lobby from 5-10 am.

The downside for some folks would be that this hotel is right next to a truck stop,. That does not bother us as my husband is a retired truck driver, and we have a lot of respect for the jobs that they do. Inside the hotel, we COULD NOT HEAR the trucks running outside, as some of them have to stay running 24/7.

So close to all Appalachian trailheads, state parks, and towns to sightsee in Maryland. Annapolis Rocks MD was easy to do from here. Breakfast was plentiful and lasted longer than any other place I've stayed at recently. Love the staff. So friendly, always available, really helpful with local suggestions and hotel amenities. Best refrigerator/freezer and coffee pot in two years. Best pricing ever for all the superb perks. Would stay here again.

Our stay was pleasant at the Super 8 Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got a good nights sleep. The breakfast area was very clean and there was plenty of choices for breakfast.

Entering the room there was a stale odor but we got accustom to it. The chair in the room was starting to show its age on the cushion but it was sturdy.

The entire experience was great, from check in to check out, everyone was pleasant, room and hotel was spotless. Close to everything yet away from the noise. It's located near a large truck hub, but you'd never know it as I couldn't hear anything from outside. Would totally recommend this hotel.

Only downfall was the TV mounted to a low dresser. Hard to see when laying in bed. Mount it on the wall and it would be perfect.

the breakfast was really good. it included eggs, sausage, and bacon. it also had several bread/cake options.The location was wonderful, and the staff were very friendly.

An elevator would have been great since we were on the second floor. but for our family it wasn’t a big impact since we are all able to do stairs.

Clean, friendly and easy access off highway. Good bang for your buck.

When entering Super 8. Make sure you enter address for hotel or GPS will automatically send you to a real scary dive super 8 downtown Hagerstown. This Super 8 off of halfway was awesome. Nothing negative to say.
