The location, price, and check in were all great and very easy. Patrick (one who helped with check in) was very prompt and accommodating when asking for more towels/toiletries. The other guests weren’t rowdy and it wasn’t overcrowded in the parking area and they were decently sized spots (no struggling to get in/out or worry of dinging peoples’ cars).

The bed in the room I believe was broken and every time someone sat on it, it felt like it was going to fall apart (but didn’t). Walls had a good bit of dust on them. The bathroom shower got water everywhere due to the small lip and short shower curtain which caused a musty smell and water everywhere. It does seem like they were in the process of renovating the room however.

The location and management. Very prompt communication via text or phone call. I like not having a key or needy to check in. You are given a four digit code for the door to your room which leaves you free to not worry about toting around a room key. And “The Kitchen” Restaurant is below the hotel. Fabulous breakfast and brunch.

The people working the parking lot that you deal with don’t speak very good English. And if you need information or to ask questions they really can’t help you. Need to talk to management via call or text but management is wonderful.

The location is fantastic. Can't beat a block away from the boardwalk. 3 bars in a row on the way to the boardwalk btw. The apartment was very clean. The outside is very well lit at night. Air conditioning worked great. The on-site restaurant "The Kitchen" serves big breakfasts. The pull out sofa bed was actually decent to sleep on, the other beds were quite good.

The wi-fi wasn't very good. I think they should ditch Dish Network and just upgrade the internet, we never bothered with the TV. We had to buy hand soap because it was empty. The fridge was turned down so it wasn't cold until the morning but we had a cooler so it wasn't a big deal.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property! We arrived early and all of the staff were very accommodating! They were all very helpful during our entire stay. The number locks are so much better than the traditional key locks! The rooms are newly renovated, including the bathroom. Speaking of, the water pressure was excellent and our sink was modern & unique. We also loved having an assigned parking space! The onsite restaurant is definitely a bonus! We enjoyed breakfast there each morning. Thanx Genesis & team for helping our family enjoy our time in OCMD! Looking forward to staying @Atlantic Breeze again!

The apartment was incredibly clean and well decorated. Two private rooms were perfect for our family. The bathroom was beautiful and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. Less than two blocks to the boardwalk and beach!

The office was closed most of the time, not that we needed very much, but it was a little bit confusing that it was closed more than it was open. The restaurant below the apartment has a very noisy exhaust fan, that was loud enough to wake us up at 6 am. It sounded like a street sweeper was right outside our window. The beds need to be upgraded, but all the other furniture is new and very stylish.

The location was great for access to the beach, boardwalk and plenty of restaurants/bars. I expected the room to be smaller and not very nice, but was well pleased with the cleanliness and space when I arrived. I would stay here again.

Not having someone "in the office" was concerning. Fortunately, when my key code didn't work (because they forgot to change it from the last guest), they gave me the existing code so that I could enter. I had no problems otherwise, but was concerned that if I happen to get locked out or something, there would be no one to contact.

We found this spot years ago, it was newly renovated and exceeded our expectations! Year after year we return, a few times a year! It has changed a bit from high usage, normal wear and tear that a beach town creates. Our latest visit was end of a busy season and after the hurricane, you could tell the room had taken a beating and needed repair. Still the bed was clean and comfy, as was the bathroom. There was a slight issue and was handled literally in minutes. The family who runs it cares and are always helpful and communicates so well!! We love coming here, it’s our home in OCMD! We look forward to coming next year after everything has been refreshed!

It’s important to us that the bathroom is cloroxed from the shower to the floor getting rid of the last tenants shower sludge and pee tracks around the toilet. It’s also super important for the room to be free of black mold, from the base boards to the ceiling. The air unit should also be cleaned of dust and mold, filters changed out and safe to run. Unsealed doors can invite bugs like ants, which are never fun to see. Sometimes after a busy season things like this can pop up, so we make sure to bring some cleaning supplies like clorox wipes. Normally we don’t need to use them at this spot, but it’s always safe to bring along!

Second year we've stayed here, It's a great place, if you are just looking for a updated, affordable, very clean place to sleep! Very basic small room, but all we need! Wifi worked great if you need it, and tv has lots of real channels, instead of streaming tv like other places are going to, which we hate! Staff is very nice, and texted us at12pm, to let us know our room was ready even though check in wasn't scheduled till 4pm! Location can't be beat, just park your car and easy walk to boardwalk, and bayside restraunts! both within a block! Not a room to just hang out in, just a place to sleep, no frills, Clean is most important to us!

Not a complaint, but realize that there are no ground floor rooms, but steps are wide and not to steep! Only other thing was mini fridge never really got cold, we just kept out things in our cooler, i'm sure the owner would have addressed it if we would have brought it up! they are very easy to talk to!

The only things I didn’t like were no hand soap and no bath mat, but I understand why you can’t just leave a bath mat in there to be used repeatedly bc it would get super wet and potentially moldy. I just used the given shampoo as soap and towel as a mat and brought my own bath towel from home! Worked just fine

I read a lot of the reviews online before I booked. This is family owned and the owner sent me a confirmation text the day of advising me that our room was ready early and asked our time of arrival. He was easy to reach. We liked that it was keyless entry and that we knew what our room number and access code was prior to arrival. Some of the negative reviews (I thought) were nit-picking at minor stuff. The two most important things for us were: 1) that it was clean, and 2) that it was close to the boardwalk as we were attending Wine on the Beach festival at the inlet. It literally is a 2 minute walk (if that) to the boardwalk. Parking was awesome. Our parking space matched our room number right in front of the building and the owner texted us clear directions in advance. Note: This is not The Four Seasons, so don't go expecting that - but it has everything you'd need: cleanliness, comfort, and a hot shower. I'd advise bringing your own toiletries (we always do), and maybe a few extra towels in case you realize you need more and it's "after hours". We brought extra based on the reviews. They don't provide daily housekeeping at this time. We didn't care about that. If you have mobility issues, keep in mind that there is no elevator. We also read from a review that there were no blackout curtains for the window. Not a big deal for us either. We also had a west exposure so we had no morning sun. The motel appeared to be renovated in the last few years. I really liked that it had ZERO carpet, just vinyl plank floors. It did not smell or look rundown as some of the reviews indicated. It has an iron (no ironing board), complimentary hangers and hooks (no closet) and hairdryer. You can't beat the price especially how close it is to everything in walking distance. We heard some noise after hours which would be expected being close to a couple of bars across the street, but nothing we lost sleep over.

Although our room was clean, housekeeping missed an old band-aid under the sink and a tiny blood stain above the toilet (we didn't touch it for sanitary reasons), probably from the previous guest. I'd also suggest having 'softer sheets'. The sheets felt a little pilled and worn but I'm picky about my bedding anyway. The mattress should be replaced soon (room 303) as you can hear the springs. If you're 6'5" and 240lbs you might sink into the mattress a bit! Everything was still fine and we still slept well, and we'll be booking our stay again here when we return for our next O.C. trip!
