Pool was great, room very clean and large space to move around. To us, it was still a partial view like last our last stay bc the partial view had a huge view of the ocean. Can't beat the location!! Beds are really comfy. Maintenence and housekeeping were super quick to respond.

Overall it's dated with weird extra pieces of old furniture in the room. Chairs are wobbly and padding is hard bc they are old. No front light switch so you wade into the dark room at night. Little things make a big difference for a 5 star but it's a stellar 4 star.

Prominent to boardwalk was great, comfortable beds, clean, beautiful Ocean view. Staff was helpful. Our microwave wasn’t working properly, so FACILITIES immediately came up and gave us a new microwave.

I only wish that the kitchen had had some forks knives and spoons. There was no dishware at all.

The hotel is amazing. It has everything you could want or need.

This hotel is conveniently located, on the boardwalk and centrally close to all activities, restaurants, etc. Yet, you wouldn't even have to leave the premises if you didn't prefer because it has most everything you'd need. Some things within the hotel are overpriced. Overall, you get an experience. It's clean, comfortable, with designated smoking areas right onsite. Clean pools, decent food, friendly staff, and it smells great in the lobby (a new feature) which is welcoming and beachy. Loved it! Been staying here for over 20+ years.

1. It appears that Russians own the food/drink places onsite now, which didn't used to be the case years ago. Most of the housekeeping staff are Spanish speaking. The diversity is nice, however, it make communications regarding room and food/drink more challenging. 2. They need to upgrade from 12-cup coffemaker to a keurig. 3. It'd be nice if the hallways were cooler, less muggy. 4. Diffuse the lobby scent throughout the rest of the hotel and hallways. 5. We requested "direct oceanfront" and received an angled view. For the money we paid, I'd have preferred paying for what was requested upon the initial reservation booking. I even called to confirm closer to our arrival and was told we'd have one but we didn't.

Location is perfect. Hard surfaces were clean. Elevator wait times weren't as bad as I expected. Hotel pizza shop pizza is one of the best in OC.

Parking places are TOO SMALL. I have a Honda Civic...small car...yet someone still managed to dent my quarter panel with a door. Indoor pool not area not ventilated. Outside pool someone playing loud, sometimes offensive music with no staff intervention. Underage kids running around indoor pool unsupervised and unruly without any staff interference (check cameras from 7/6/24 between 11:45am-1:15pm). Remove all carpets and go to hard floors. Need refrigerators with freezers. Bathroom too small. No privacy on balcony. Hair dryer didn't work. Very expensive, almost $1900 for 4 nights.

The view is wonderful! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

When you check out the staff never ask how was your stay. Overall they are nice and helpful.

It was very clean front desk was exceptionally perfect in and out quickly very personable front desk!!! Maids were excellent Food was very good for the pool the bartender was very accommodating!!! The only thing at the outdoor pool need chairs for older people to sit on we could not get up and down on all lounge chairs!!!!!As always room price was a little high was quoted 1250$ was charged 1450$

This Hotel was a definite 10 for us! So roomy and clean. My husband and I were on the 9th floor...we asked for a high up as possible floor and the staff accommodated our request! We were on vacation to take in the Air Show and Jeep Weekend!The large size deck allowed us to stretch out and enjoy all the sights including the Jeeps driving down the beach. Elevators were always in operation and clean. The Restaurants were convenient while lodging there...a little pricey but most places were, it's expected! We are looking forward to lodging at The Grand next year for the Air show...your facility won our hearts..who knows maybe even a long weekend visit. We love Ocean City Md. Keep up the great work! Thank You!

This is hard considering we were so satisfied. The lodging was a bit pricey...I'm a bargain hunter. We went with paying more and it paid off. Summer prices are always more..understandable! I didn't like leaving..but reality was calling!

We stayed in room 1101 and the view is INCREDIBLE! You could see the street, the outdoor pool, the bay, and best of all a great view of the beach! When we arrived the air conditioner wasn't working or the fridge, however maintenance came like 5 mins after i called and fixed the ac and brought us a new fridge. The room has the sliding glass door for the balcony and 2 windows so tons of natural light. The room is also really spacious!

The beds are a firm mattress so sleeping was a bit rough for me but i like a really soft mattress. The bathroom is a bit small but dealable.

We loved the access to the cafe, pool, restaurant, and more. The size of the room was great. We were able to put up a pack and play for our child and still have lots of room to walk around.

There was no supervision at the pool and many children were doing cheerleading stunts and flips which hindered my children’s ability to swim the length of the pool. There were also many people smoking on the no smoking balconies which permeated through out the rooms on the entire floor. We had 3 separate rooms and could smell the smoke through out all of them. There were 2 children in each room (one of which is respiratory compromised). We told the staff and they came up and sprayed air freshener, but it did not stop the people from smoking.
