How relaxing the room was and how nice the staff was and price for room was great

The pool had sand at bottom and the building was Disgusting inside the hallways had water on the floor and pool changing room was dirty i guess u cant judge the book by its cover but rooms was clean i would definitely go back just need upgrade the outside and understand why we had to pay for parking and tv kept going in and out yall need to get cable instead of Satellite dish we had so many ants on rhe table the next morning.

I liked the fact it was close to the parking lot where I could see my car from the room. Convenient location from the beach. Also like the fact that there was a shower outside to rinse off the sand after coming back from the beach.

1. I didn't like the base they have for the bed. It was loose and made the bed move. 2. The shower head looked like it needed to be cleaned.

Hotel room was clean, no bugs or messes. Bathroom was very clean. Pool was kept into October and great to have. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and only 2 blocks away from the boardwalk and the beach.

Some parts of the hotel need some renovations. The room’s sheets were clean but had old stains/torn corner, and curtains were usable but starting to fall apart. Hopefully they can put some money into replacing the sheets and curtains and it’ll look much better. There’s a changing room that is very dirty, but I’m guessing it’s not in use. Hallways are semi-outdoor and get wet in rains. I wish parking for one vehicle was included in the fee for each day so you didn’t feel like you got an extra fee on top of everything else and they’d still be able to make sure there weren’t too many cars to fit the small lot.

Everything was nice. The room was updated, the bed was comfy. My fridge had a full size freezer and the tv had real cable not just a few channels! Not sure why so many neg reviews we stayed bike week and it’s was wonderful! The little seats outside made it so we could watch the bikes and enjoy our food! Will be back next year same time price was amazing for it to be a big weekend!

The rooms were very nice

I didn’t like that you had to pay $100 deposit,  people that are modern class, don’t usually have $100 for a deposit down especially when they’re on vacation.  I can see 25 $50 maybe even be reasonable. Also, if I’m paying for the room, why should I have to pay for parking that was $10 I don’t agree with that neither  but overall the rooms were very updated a nice

The location was great, near attractions and short walking distance to the beach. Nice clean in crowded pool.

The sink in our room was clogged by the previous occupant and drained so slowly it was almost unusable. We ended up washing our hands in the shower so it wouldn’t overflow. Also, when I took a shower in the evening, there was no hot water so taking a cold shower was not pleasant! Also I had to pay extra for parking which added to the total cost of the stay, as it’s not advertised in the price of the room as with most motels that have parking included.

Location was great right by the boardwalk and beach. Having parking on site was convenient

Paying for parking after paying so much already for a room. Having a door in my room that connect to another room and being able to hear them sleep.

Location and it was also really quiet even with so many other people staying there. The housekeeper was also very lovely and personable, she is an invaluable resource to their facility!

The hallways could use a fresh coat of paint and the seating around the pool could be updated. Also the $10 per night parking was kind of annoying and should be included in the room rate.

i love how the staff don’t harass anyone about check out times, they mind there business and just charge if you don’t listen to the rules no haggling people to get out before 11 😁 The pool is very nice and was never crowded during our stay. the room was nice for the value .. the only thing i would change is the housekeeper to be a little bit more up to par & sweeping the rooms or vacuuming everyday because of the sand but besides that very nice hotel with nice staff and amazing value for your money 😁 we will be back

housekeeping didn’t do anything the whole time , take trash, sweeping or give us new towels we had to ask

The pool was clean, the room was clean and smelled good! The room had hardwood floors which I loved. Just wish there was an iron, and a broom to sweep the sand we brought in from the beach.
