The Boston Inn is hands down one of the best places I have stayed at! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful décor that really captures the spirit of Boston. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to all of the city's top attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Boston!

Every aspect of our stay was excellent. The room was very spacious, well appointed, spotlessly clean and recently decorated. The beds and linens were of excellent quality. All staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Thanks to everyone involved in the running of this independent business. We hope to return soon.

We experienced the best customer service from front desk employee! He was quick to help us accommodate our room needs with our kids to make sure we were all comfortable without any hesitation!
