The room was clean and bathroom was a good size.

The room could use a full length mirror (there were screw holes on the wall where a mirror might have hung, but was no longer there). It could also use a safe in the room, and better/more coffee and coffee supplies. (There was only one coffee cup, no Splenda and no creamer. There were two guests staying in the room and only 3 towels. After checking in, I requested extra towels and the front desk clerk questioned me as to why I needed additional towels. She was also not very knowledgeable about how to access the WiFi when I experienced difficulty getting on the hotel internet. Additionally, the breakfast was decent, however, they served oatmeal but there was no microwave to heat the water or milk for the oatmeal.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The place was extra clean and they went above and beyond to accommodate me with a room near an exit because I smoke, without me even asking them to. The beds are very comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The fridge in our room didn't work. They offered to move us but we were already settled in and didn't want to move. The next day they offered to have it replaced, we were there for a funeral so we just wanted our privacy and told them our cooler would work fine. I only had pop and coffee creamer anyways and the ice was free. No complaints because they really wanted to fix the problem.

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok.

Room wasnt prepared for my stay. Booked and PAID for 2 nights as I needed early checkin! Which meant I could check in at 10am!! Room wasnt ready! Beds not made. No new/clean towels. Disappointed!!

Nice variety for bkf. Liked the extra room (sofa and extra tv). Kelly was very friendly and helpful.

The mattress was very bad. Older and sunk to the middle.

Conveniently located in Hanover. Tons of shops and restaurants right within small drive or even a walking distance to a radiator if you needed a drugstore

You need to call down to get your room serviced in the am. Friday I was working in the room and had the little “Do not disturb” in the door. I was disturbed anyway, no big deal. I took the “Do not disturb” out to have the room serviced Saturday and Sunday, no one came. Went to leave a small tip for the service person, the card read YOU NEED TO CALL FOR SERVICE. I’m thinking there should be more of a notice than the “tip card” Maybe the FOA should say something when checking in. Lesson learned. Other than that the place is great.

Location was perfect! The staff was friendly and more than willing to accommodate my needs. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Well when I checked in, I told the desk person to use my credit card instead of the card I had originally booked with...so, she said she would and copied both of my cards...however, as I look over my charges, the first card got charged instead of the card I wanted her to use...so, not great

The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Our overall stay was well above our expectation! We'll be back.

I wouldn't change a thing.
