I love the location. I love the big beautiful lobby area with a bar. I like that after a certain time you need a key card to enter the hotel. I like that you need a key card to work the elevator. The room was beautiful. Clean. Spacious. I booked a king suite on a high floor. Beautiful scenery, you can see the whole Baltimore. I can’t wait to book again.

I didn’t like the $250 security hold on my bank card.

Room and breakfast were great.

We paid $32 for valet parking. It was quite a lengthy wait for the attendant to retrieve our car Sunday night to go to dinner, but he was apologetic and pleasant. Upon leaving Monday morning, instead of retrieving our car, the attendant had us follow him to our car in the adjacent lot. He did at least carry my duffel bag. I am by no means an entitle person, but I am recovering from a hip/ leg fracture making walking is difficult, so this was a bit disappointing.

it’s close to the Johns Hopkins Hospital so it is really convenient for that. The area otherwise is not amazing The staff were also really great, really friendly.

would be nice if there was an on-site restaurant for dinner - there is a lovely rooftop spot but it’s only open until 3:30pm

I liked the kitchen being fully stocked with kitchen/cooking items, the large tv's in both the main room and bedroom and the fact that there was a separate bedroom and living area.

The shower was fine but not great and I personally would have either liked a stronger shower head or a tub to soak in.

The hotel itself was great. very clean and organized. comfortable room and beds. the Lobby makes you feel welcomed immediately and is very comfortable as well. safe and nice area and the hotel provides valet parking.

Wasn’t a problem at all but the hotel is a little out the way of the fells point/harbor area. but nothing a quick Uber ride can’t help with. 10 minute ride at most.

Pleasant and very friendly staff from the valet to the front desk personnel. The décor and set up of the room great. And the bathroom was very spacious which was a pleasant surprise. The bar offered quick and easy meals for convenience.

The parking cost was pricey but expected for a city location. The scent of marijuana could be smelled in the halls and the rooms which was bothersome for a non-smoker. And when I got off the elevator the fire alarms were going off (alarm & flashing lights). The security guard taking selfies in the hallway was concerning.
