We booked specifically due to proximity to TD Garden to attend the Arctic Monkey's concert. We found the hotel to be a very cute, boutique style hotel. Our room was VERY spacious (much more than we anticipated). Check in was a little backed up and the Manager provided us with water and asked us to sit in the attached restaurant. After a while, our room was ready and for our time, he gave us free breakfast vouchers (and the breakfast was very good! not your typical continental breakfast). All the staff was super friendly and the attached restaurant was good. We had dinner there as we were on a tight schedule (one day quick trip to Boston for the concert). Our food came out quick and all prices were reasonable, especially for the city. In the room we had two more free bottles of water. I love it when they don't nickle and dime you!

The room was nice and clean, but showed a bit of wear. If you are looking for 100% updated rooms, you may want to go to a chain, but we prefer these types of hotels and this was a very good one.

This unique, hip, well-situated hotel is simply perfect! Things have improved since my last stay several years ago - the staff is attentive, friendly, and accommodating...and the room was fantastic! The hotel is in such a perfect spot you can not beat it!! I think you'll want to stay here, especially if you're single, a couple, or a family with a more sophisticated palette.

I can not think of anything except suggesting a car cleaning option for those travelers into the city. It can be done without much liability - I know because I helped a young person do it in at work environment. Otherwise - I can not say enough about how exceptional the staff are the this lovely hotel.

The property is a 2 minute walk to the TD Garden so the location was perfect for us. We checked in on December 10 and the manager on duty was extremely courteous and helpful. He mentioned there would be a lot of noise on the street that evening and offered to put us in a quiet room. He also advised us there would not be a view. We opted for the quiet room. Our room was larger than expected and was very clean. when we checked out on December 11, the same manager was there. Again, so pleasant and professional. He contacted a taxi company and suggested that we wait in the restaurant because it was cold in the lobby. when our taxi arrived he walked us to the taxi and told the driver where we were going. We appreciated the personal attention during a busy check out time.

This is a well located hotel, within 15 minutes walking distance to North End or Freedom Trail. Location right across from the Boston Garden sports complex was super hectic on hockey and NBA playoff nights. Noisy on the street side on game nights. Would be perfect if you are attending an event at the Garden. The price was good for comparable Boston hotels.

No breakfast included and only a couple of breakfast restaurants near by.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Room was spacious and clean and an extra comfortable chair or two would have been a bonus. The location was good and gave easy access to the subway and cafes as well as the hop on hop off trolley bus.

There was no lounge area to relax in and so the only space was the bar which could be busy at times. The breakfast could have been better but was adequate.

The room was small, but that is what is to be expected when staying at a downtown hotel. I loved the set up with a bar area that made it easy for me to get ready while my husband used the restroom. The hotel staff was amazing and so very helpful and accommodating.

The area around the hotel could look a little shady at times, but we never felt unsafe.

Location. The room was decorated very nicely. It was very clean. Lots of windows was such a treat. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had to valet park our car for the duration which was fine, but we weren’t told that we wouldn’t be able to access the car before 7am when the valet employees arrived, which made a difference when we needed to check out by 6:15 to get home

Breakfast was very. Hotel staff were all great. Location was good though lacked restaurants to walk to.

We had a 1 bedroom King Suite. The bed was comfy. However, the furniture in the living area all needs upgrading. Uncomfortable, chairs not stable. For the price we paid each night, the furniture should have been nice.

At back end of week breakfast was run by a member of staff who wasn’t used to the role, this meant to delays and it taking too long to get served. Not his fault as trying his best but wasn’t great for customers

The hotel is very new, clean and modern. The room itself was elegant and sleek and slept the 6 of us very easily. Lovely decor and great access to the N. Station area. The staff was great--I had a parking issue and they immediately took care of it. Specifically, Autumn was super helpful when it was a little stressful in a credit card issue. Will definitely return!
