Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor

We had a view of the airport runway and part of the harbour which we enjoyed. The room was always well cleaned and the staff including shuttle bus drivers were always very friendly. We were lucky enough that the blue line was free for a couple of months.

Limited dinner menu and a bit pricey but then so were the restaurants downtown. Didn’t like waiting for the shuttle at the subway. It always seemed to be the last one to come of all the hotel shuttles. Room walls are a bit thin you can hear conversations next door. Would consider a downtown hotel next time to avoid having to depend on a shuttle for pickup and drop off.

Clean, comfortable and stunning harbor view of the city

Having to pay the water taxi $15 per person per trip… got to be expensive. The hotel should have its own boat shuttle or 2 trips per person included for the price of the room.

Excellent hotel and fantastic hospitality by the staff from reception and during Breakfast time too at the restaurant. Great harbour views. Rooms are spacious. We had 3 of us as family staying in the room. Overall, had a good comfortable stay and loved the stay. Rooms were clean. Hospitality staff ensured daily cleaning very well done all through our 5 days that we stayed in the hotel. Appreciate their daily efforts to keep the rooms kept so clean. We are Vegetarians so mostly had food outside and Indian food so not much to comment on lunch, dinner as took outside.

Convenient to ferry we came in from nantasket beach one restaurant in hotel limited menu but food was decent shuttle was convenient on our departure day

Asked front desk to put an ice pack for medicine in the freezer and upon leaving they had put it in the refrigerator so it was not frozen was held up at security line at airport because now they think we have liquid was so annoyed by this complained to the manager before we left the hotel who just brushed us off I mean how simple can it be I asked that it be put in the freezer the first day they got it right was told by the concierge that there were restaurants in walking distance NOT I had a leg brace on and after walking about a half mile we came back and ordered outside food as the restaurant was very limited I thought we were going to be able to watch the fireworks from our room but not from the harbor view room that we had

Easy access to the harbor taxi. Beautiful views of the harbor. Clean! Very Clean. House keeping does an amazing job very pleased with them! Pillows were good.

Harbor Taxi system is difficult and feels random at times. Not queen beds (full beds). Very firm beds. TVs do not get Red Sox games (son was disappointed). No pool for kids. Elevators are very sketchy. At points only one of three were working. Restaurant is very expensive. No free Breakfast. Difficult to get to Boston by car at times due to Sumner tunnel closed.

The restaurant, the view on harbor,the personnel is amazing, great service, spacious and clean bedrooms. Good location right next to airport but far enough you don't hear the planes.

The hot water could have had more pressure.

Really, you couldn’t put one vending machine anywhere?? The restaurant is closed at times, and when travelers arrive after long flights there is nothing to eat, not even a bag of peanuts. I asked a front desk clerk about that and she said “oh there’s a store around the corner” like it was right next door. I have orthopedic issues and could not walk far enough to find it. Not helpful. Also the restaurant prices were extremely high.

proximity to the airport A plus, courtesy bus picked me up at car rental center, which saved me so much time and hassle, that alone was worth it. Great bathroom, room was well laid out. food in the restaurant good. had a fun view of the airport, sound insulation was excellent. staff is always friendly and courteous.

loudest air conditioner EVER! which offset the great sound insulation from airport. though room was clean, well laid out, there was chipped paint, brought it down a notch. just a warning, and front desk warned me as well...but due to staffing issues, bus to airport fills up quickly, allow enough time.

Proximity to water taxi is helpful for getting into Boston.

25 dollar location charge is a joke. They charge this mandatory fee under the guise that it pays for certain amenities at the hotel, however then give you a 20 voucher to use at the hotel restaurant. Clearly just a ruse to either a) get you to pay more money than what’s stated at booking; b) spend more money within the hotel. Just ends up being wasted money if you already have plans for dinner elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the view of the airport. Watching the sunrise and the planes come and go was very refreshing in the morning. I love the city, but I felt very comfortable not paying the extra $30 a night to look at some water.

Truly I have nothing to complain about. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and well put together. I will say for the amount of money it cost to stay I feel like some free breakfast options would have been nice.
