Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

Since it’s a newer property everything is well thought out. The rooms were beautiful, plenty of different in house restaurants to choose from and a 20 minute walk to Fanuel Hall.

I had breakfast at Kestra. The portion was large and tasty. The service was also very friendly

Price point for room service. Wow! So many taxes!

Enjoying cocktails in the lounge and wanted another round. Went to bar only to be told last call was given. Staff or manager should have walked over and given last call to all patrons. Never did a manager do a touch with our group. Another thing, i whitnessed three bartenders and two-three servers in the restaurant next to the pool area. Guests needed to get up and order drinks then walk back with their drinks. I witnessed one lady make two trip as there about 6 in her group. Not really ne employee help her run her drinks. There should be service in the pool atea at all times.

Loved the fact that it was a new property, loved all of the amenities in the very efficiently sized rooms. Love to having the coffee, water and ice stations in the hallways complementary. Each and every employee was professional and helpful! We interact with the front desk, housekeeping, bartenders, and Bellman.

The parking is not ideal. The valet station was too busy to pull in when we arrived and we had to self park. Terrible signage for Omni guests and we encountered a problem exiting the garage, even after a validation at the front desk.

The hotel is only open for 3 weeks, so while the place is lovely, fresh, and new, they haven’t worked out all the kinks. For instance, I asked about room service and I was told to dial 0. I asked what the menu was for room service and they didn’t know. The shop for things that might be needed for travelers is not yet open and there is no store in the seaport area to purchase necessities. The restaurant for breakfast has a limited menu. The only cereal offered is high fiber; not even cornflakes. And, it is way overpriced for even a simple meal of plain omelet, orange juice and English muffin. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, some of them don’t know certain information about the neighborhood.

See above. Unless you have a car, which I do not, the seaport district is not a very good location to get to different locations. It is not near the T-line, and it is too far to walk to most places of interest in Boston Next time I will be staying in the Back Bay Area, as I have many times in the past.

The property was in a great location, close to transportation and the room was beautiful. We originally booked a room that was in the art section of the hotel but we realized pretty quickly that while it was clean and modern, it was too small for two people in our opinion. The hotel staff was extremely responsive and moved mountains to ensure we enjoyed our visit. The gym is the best I’ve seen at a hotel and the restaurants within the building have excellent food. I truly have to say that If you are planning a trip to Boston, there is no other location worth staying at. In a time where customer service is thought to be dead, here is this gem at the seaport providing world class hospitality. So glad we selected Omni and we look forward to a return visit.

Nothing to report here. Any and all issues were quickly and thoroughly resolved by the staff.

Great hotel in Boston's Seaport area with many different restaurants to discover. The hotel is exactly like shown in the pictures - very modern yet classic with a great atmosphere. The staff was lovely and attentive, helping out with every question there was. We had a room in the Artist Tower with the bathroom pretty nicely integrated into the room. At first glance you don't have a lot of room for your stuff, but at second glance every bit of space is well thought through! The possibility of getting water, coffee, tea and cocoa very welcomed. Good connection to the T, but it is also a nice walk to downtown from the property (e.g. ca. 8 minutes to South Street station). The hotel offers a poolside with towels, nice music in the lobby with several seating areas, a coffee shop, several restaurants and bars and a great gym. All in all a perfect experience!

Cleanliness of the rooms and friendly staff. Located in a very good location.

Parking is very poor and expensive. The ushers at the front are not so friendly. Finding the hotel is easy. Once you find it it becomes a chore to get inside. The self parking needs major improvement and for a hotel that already charges a lot parking should be included. Staff at the counter fail to mention any amenities that go along with the stay such as dine in facilities or complimentary breakfast, etc. Its hello how are you and here is your key, goodbye. They are polite but not so informative.

Beautiful hotel in the Seaport district. Lovely views of the city and harbor. Good restaurants and bars, though a little on the pricey side! Friendly staff. Walkable to most of what you want to see in Boston or take Uber ( quick and easy)! Our luggage did not make our last plane connection and they were very accommodating with providing us with the necessary toiletries we were missing.

Housekeeping missed the mark on our room! Found a dirty tee shirt under the desk, shampoo dispenser empty on day one, found piece of a balloon that apparently missed the vacuum cleaner. The small market could carry a few more items… although I love the sunscreen brand they carry!

Exceptional hotel in Boston Seaport part. Vibe is really modern and classy, front desk receptioners were really professional and knowledgeable. You can see modern art and displays everywhere, which really makes you feel in a special place. Hotel restaurants and bars are really top class as well. The room was super clean with really luxurious bathroom. Definitely recommend!

Parking price is steep. The elevators are ridiculously slow and only some out of six of them are working.
