The hotel was well located on the river and near all necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and the Concierge was exceptional — helpful with clear directions. The restaurant was good for breakfast lunch and dinner, with a good choice of food. Our room overlooked the Boston Tea Party Museum and was very well equipped. All of the necessary toiletries were provided. The shower was good. Our room was spacious and well laid out. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Everything in this hotel was top notch. The facilities, the staff, the room, the location all perfect. The bathroom was huge with a separate tub so it was easy to give little ones a bath. The indoor pool was a good size and they provided towels. It rained and the hote even had umbrellas for everyone. We could walk everywhere. The beds and linens were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was VERY pricey for our budget but we went for it to have an indoor pool on vacation. We had a great time just not sure it was worth the price for everyone. A lot of the breakfast and fast casual restaurants close to the hotel are closed on the weekend

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. From the time we pulled up in our car to be escorted into the hotel by the gentleman outside with an infectious smile and welcoming friendliness only to be greeted by Francesca checking us in as if we were the priority guests of the day with friendliness and humor. Then the concierge Adam…WOW! He set us up with tickets to see the King Tut exhibit on short notice making sure we had enough time to enjoy it before having to be at our previously scheduled activity. He acknowledged us each and every time we exited and returned even if it was a wave if he was assisting another guest and always took an interest in our enjoyment of our time in Boston. We also utilized the spa to get the first massage my youngest daughter and I had ever gotten. They were accommodating to every concern and question we had and Peter was absolutely phenomenal; they even gave my oldest daughter a specialty gift since she was unable to get her massage due to early stage pregnancy. We ate several in room meals with the service and food outstanding every single time! The room was spacious, immaculate, and had a view that was gorgeous! The property is beautifully maintained; each time we walked into the hotel, both of my daughters would inhale and at the same time say how much they loved the smell.

Absolutely not one thing!

Clean, pleasant staff, nice facilities, especially bathroom. Plenty of towels, washcloths. Able to store our luggage until train time. Room service was prompt and food hot and delicious.

Dining room not open for dinner, not sure about breakfast. Dinner options were available at bar. Do not like the practice of adding on so many miscellaneous fees. Would rather know about the cost when booking so can plan the added expense. Everyone knows it is just another way to increase rates.

Highly recommended. Amazing hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. The room was very good and clean with a great view and a mini bar in the room. Breakfast was so delicious. We were really pleased with our stay. The staff is very good. The reception staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Definitely will come back. Thank you for your service

Beautiful atmosphere. Helpful, informative and kind staff room service and front desk was so quick .gym was beautiful with pelaton bikes! The bar and restaurant had really beautiful decor. The fireplaces were a important feature for me,Little private seating areas,loved that! Loved the deep bathtub with handheld shower, very luxurious.

Not much to grip about here! If I had to pick something, I wish there was a hot tub.thats almost a necessity to me. No plastic bag to use for dirty laundry. Didn't have table and chairs in room to eat or have coffee at. But did have a long desk. Watery ice but machine was super close to the room and nicely tucked away behind a door.

we got the honeymoon room, beautiful apartment size. main bed bathrooms with sliding window to the bed is a great feature. i have been here several times, always great and convenient location near the bustling Seaport area

Great location, both close to the airport and the city. Room was very generous in size. Good selection for breakfast. Helpful staff. The complimentary hot chocolate at reception was an added bonus! We are regular visitors to Boston and this hotel is always our first choice.

A minor point - the hotel was hosting conference clients on our latest visit and there was not enough capacity to accommodate everyone at breakfast.

gorgeous hotel, The foyer is so welcoming and beautiful and We loved the fireplaces it made for such a cozy ambiance. the food was delicious and the bar was beautiful. The hotel throughout was immaculate! the beds were very comfortable and it was the first time I have ever seen a window into the bathroom very cool, setup in a very spacious room. Almost everywhere we needed to go was within walking distance. will definitly be back!

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. it was absolutely perfect.

We love staying at the Intercon! The location is really second to none. The staff, particularly in the hotel spa/pool and at the outdoor bar/restaurant were just amazing. After a day touring around the area were came back, took a quick swim and sat outside with a glass of wine while the kids played the lawn games. We didn't want to leave.

We could have used a roll away bed, but we made due without.
