Everything was exceptional at this hotel, great service great hotel we were disappointed because we received coupons for the small pub/restaurant and the manager told us we couldn't use them because we sat together instead of giving us separate checks as it did not state this anywhere on the coupon and we felt it was deceptive she could have said she would honor it but instead we paid and left annoyed, she even admitted that is was not on the coupon and should be corrected but did not honor for us . so if you are with friends make sure you get separate checks, or they won't honor them.

The room was lovely and the bedding was clean and really comfy. The bar was great but under-staffed for a Friday night (I felt sorry for them) The event I attended was well-organized and enjoyable.

When I got to the hotel everything was very congested and I could not readily tell where to park. I still don't know. I finally drove up to a valet and gave him my car so I wouldn't be late for my conference. I paid $50 and could have parked myself if I had just known where to drive to (signs were really unclear and cars were backed up everywhere).

The room overall was pretty good, though I'd say a little bit overpriced - the hotel in general is a little worn down. Breakfast buffet was great, good variety and good quality foods. An additional voucher for the Starbucks was a nice touch. Metro bus is very close to the hotel.

Furniture is a little old, with some drawers that would not close. Location of the hotel is ideal for those staying here for a conference, but it's quite a walk away from the main attractions.

Great, large, clean room and responsive staff when needed. You can actually dial 0 and get a staff member. Check in was friendly and fast. Bell staff was right there to help when we had to arrive much earlier than our room was ready. We loved the text when it's ready feature and the Starbucks downstairs. Loved the Mr Coffee which we had to replace when it wasn't working. Staff was right on it. We also had to replace the comforter. Staff came quickly.

We needed a refrigerator for medications and didn't need a wine cooler type thing. Also, the down comforter had been washed in the washing machine which made the feathers clump into black balls of moldy-looking stuff. Just hold it up to the light and you can see what I mean. It also no longer provides warmth. You can't put these in the washing machine. Housekeeping came to our rescue with a blanket, but we would have preferred a comforter. We reflected on what a big faux pas this was for an elegant hotel.

The immediate vibe coming through the huge open lobby with the trees, scrolling mural and people enjoying food and beverages was a fabulous first impression. Check-in was excellent and nowhere else that I know offers vouchers at sauciety and Starbucks. Breakfast was huge, plentiful and flavourful with very friendly waitstaff. This property is worth every penny.

We did not encounter any problems during our 2 night stay

The bed, so so super comfy. I knew the beds were super! The view from 15th floor of the water was great and the location is just where we needed it to be for a concert we were attending

We checked in and got the cards for the room. Got to room and they were still cleaning it and housekeeping was EXTREMELY RUDE. She seemed to be hanging out in the room talking on her cell. I politely asked when they would be finished cleaning the room as we just checked in and they only replied GO DOWNSTAIRS, I was very surprised by the rudeness, as hospitality being their number one job and they failed in my opinion as that was the first impression. We went and got another room

The hotel was nice with everything you could need inside so you didn't have to leave if you didn't want to. I also liked the noon checkout. Most hotels I've stayed at are 11am.

We went for a comedy show and went to have a meal at MJ O'Connor beforehand which was a lackluster experience. Took forever for someone to speak to us and it seemed it was the bar back working because the bartender was "passed out on the couch in the back" according to him. So no idea what that was about but we only got an appetizer since the wait was so long for literally us and one other couple. I also have a mystery $23 charge to my card that I don't know what it is for. We paid for the room ahead of time, and charged 4 drinks at Birch Bar to the room which I see that as well, and nothing else. So not sure why I got charged another $23 Overall the hotel was decent but with the few issues if I'm ever back in the area, I may opt to try one of the many others.

Very comfortable bed and towels. Nice location by the harbor.

VERY expensive for what we got. Not a real refrigerator, more a wine cooler, barely kept things cool. Some TV channels didn’t work and engineer took too long to get there so we canceled the request. The breakfast buffet was 3.5 on a 5 scale. They gave us a $25 food voucher, but we couldn’t use it anywhere, tried several places, but nothing we wanted was included.

Excellent value, breakfast included, $25 to spend at the restaurants/ Starbucks, use of pool

Sunday breakfast was a nightmare in that the line was very long to get seated, the poor wait staff was way overworked and while they had promised a meal off the menu, they were so overwhelmed you just had to order off the buffet and at a time of Covid, buffet isn't the safest way to order food.

We arrived at night, and the drone view of nighttime Boston on the huge screen in the lobby totally grabbed our attention. I would come back to this hotel again just to see that! Location was great for us to catch our cruise the next morning. Just a few minutes away. The ambiance of the lobby was wonderful, and the service at the bar was great. We got a glass of wine and a perfect light meal for late night - plus a coupon! Loved this place!

Nothing. It was all great!
