The hotel was clean and comfortable . It was perfect for a couple . Close to the Christmas Market and the entertainment centre across the street .

The only thing that I was disappointed in was that there were no facilities in the room to make tea or coffee which would have been nice after walking all day to be able to relax in your own room .

It’s great there! The beds are super comfy and the rooms are practical. We ended up booking directly with the hotel and stayed in a different room for two extra days (stuck in Boston bc of hurricane). They gave us a queen corner which we had originally booked, but this room is way bigger and much easier to get around

The robot never moved from its charging point! Bedroom 1 which was a superior queen corner, was small, we had to climb over each other in and out of bed. The second room was much bigger but same category. I wonder if the hotel gives smaller versions of the rooms to those booking through third party sites. Makes no sense otherwise.

The location of the hotel was very nice and centred, right on the sea port. The bed was super comfortable and interesting as it reclined. The room was not too spacious however it was well segregated and did not have any issues, and had all the amenities we needed such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A very nice addition was a free to use water machine on our floor, which meant we could refill our water bottles for free.

The second safety deposit. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we had to pay a safety deposit of $100/night. This was fine and a fee we were expecting. However, during the last night I got an attempted charge on my card for $317.20. After asking the reception what this charge was they said it was a "second safety deposit" as I was staying for a long time. The charge bounced and I was not asked to pay it during check-out. Not sure if this was a mistake by the hotel or procedure, but it did not make sense.

Location is great, clean room and cozy, option for early/late checkout, right next to the SL1 bus that goes direct to Logan. I paid less than expected because they waived my first night since I arrive late due to my flight. Tap water is actually okay to drink. Trader Joe's right behind the hotel for snacks and things. City is very, very clean and safe -- especially for a big US city. No tents, no sickly and wounded homeless on the sidewalks that I saw, no cigarette smoke in your face, no/few bad smells or garbage lying around on the streets. Boston is a nice city. This hotel is a good option for a solo traveler who is arriving and leaving at odd hours. Good for a minimum fuss traveler.

No coffee or refrigerator in room; A LOT of street noise below even with window closed (especially on Saturday until 3AM screaming and hollering for no special occasion); rooftop bar area was small; rooms are small but this didn't bother me since I roomed alone.

Location is great. Very clean. Good view to Thompson Pl street from the room I stayed. Reclining bed. Had TV, iron and hair dryer. Clean towels supplied.

Extremely tiny room with almost no amnities (only TV). Haven't seen this tiny room with a single twin/queen bed for ~usd400/night or even for 100bucks/night elsewhere. Somehow they managed to squeeze a washroom with a sink, toilet and shower. Highly highly over priced and ridiculously expensive for the size and amenities. No coffee, microwave, fridge or a desk in the room and a charge of 400/ night??? For the price is almost zero luxury!

Location location. This hotel is very central to eveything you want to see walkable to all attractions. The rooms are small but for the short time we used the room it was perfect for us. The shower is brilliant, strong power. Bed was super comfy as well.

Not much to be honest. I cant really complain, the only thing is the staff that checked us were not really friendly, they were having a discussion between eachother about what they had or were going to have for lunch!! To busy talking about that, that they didnt explain anything to us. Which to me i felt was very rude. We had to go back and ask information about the room and where the fitness centre was located once we left our bags of and there was a different staff member that was very helpful. Also eventhough we paid up front for our room there was also a $100 per night deposit that you need to pay which came as a shock to us but was refunded straight after we checked out

First, we love YOTEL and especially the professional, wonderful staff!! This review reflects two separate stays within days of each other. Our first room was a standard room, which makes London/NYC average hotel rooms seem palatial. We were not prepared for the tiny darkish sleeping space where the bed had to be flattened out from a fold-up form per remote. The second room was a First Class room, and this was very comfortable, with an extra seating area and desk. The views from this room were also nice! We were not a huge fan of the glass door open bathroom concept. We didn't appreciate the extreme lack of privacy while in the WC. Yikes! But, we did love the fitness area, the rooftop venue, the lobby (with afternoon non-alcoholic beverages--thank you!), proximity to Courthouse Silver Line, Trader Joes, downtown, the water, numerous restaurants and bars. Such a well-positioned hotel. Overall, we will definitely return, but booking the bigger room! Again, thanks to the incredible staff for a great stay!

location - clean and fresh

breakfast not included - 2 omelettes a coffee and a tea came in at around $68 - really expensive - rip off - had it once would not do it again - also roof top bar - beware - the girls on the front desk are only trying to get the money people in - I booked on line and confirmed in the comments outside - I had to press high top stools too - when we got there they tried to force us to sit inside saying that high tops are inside - no chance - they eventually bent and took us outside - guess what - loads of high top tables and plenty of available seats - careful - too heavy and you will get looked after !!!

I like the hip, modern vibe that well matched the energy of downtown Boston. There were also two good restaurants nearby: the Tuscan Grille (Northern Italian) and the Scorpion Bar (Mexican). Finally, it was well situated to the museums, aquarium, Freedom Trail and many restaurants.

If anything, being almost 60, I picked up a subtle ageist vibe from some of your staff. This was based not necessarily on what they said, but how they reacted when dealing with me verses others. Also, this only involved two personnel, and most of your staff were quite friendly and accommodating. As you get older, you notice how people treat you differently in everyday matters not realizing they're doing it.

Yotel is located in one of the finest areas of Boston, the Seaport district. Great proximity to Harbor Front, ICA, Boston Tea party museums, walking distance from Grocery store, Cafes and Bars. Right next to Silver Bus stop that takes you to Airport. Facility is great. clean and neat. Staff is really nice and helpful. Yotel is 100pc worth the stay.

Nothing negative to say. I lost my brand new shoes in room (not their fault) and the security found and returned them to me. Rooms slightly small but it is exactly as they show it to be. Comfortable for two people. Worth the money.
