Very friendly staff, room had a full size kitchen, freezer, cooking range and enough cutlery. Breakfast was simple but good. Excellent bus connections to downtown. A big supermarket right opposite the hotel.

On the day of arrival we heard gunshots from a nearby park. But this has nothing to do with the hotel. Just a precaution not to walk in the neighbourhood after dusk. A/C was quite loud. I missed the possibility of opening the windows. while sleeping. But I guess the windows are non-openable for safety reasons.

Very clean and to my surprise had all I needed in the room. I wish I could stay for breakfast but I only stayed there to get rest overnight before next flight. Definitely will stay again if I ever travel that way. Money worth spending to enjoy coziness and comfort of the hotel room. My son was sound asleep in no time.

Nothing that I did not like. May be having complementary coffee and tea set up for those who arrive really late and travelling. I could not find hot water station so had to request water at the front desk and fixed some tea in the room. But that did not really bother me. May be I was just there during late hours.

Staff was very friendly and responsive including door guard, rooms were very clean, and halls, lobby also very clean. Everything was very accommodating, loved that the rooms had a kitchen.

Unfortunately parking was not available on any of the days we were there, we had to park on the street. When we arrived there was no luggage cart to bring 4 people luggage/bags up, apparently only 1 for the entire hotel. Lastly, we would had liked to be on the same floor as we had our elderly mom and young son in another room.

Good breakfast (they had oatmilk and other things you don't usually see at buffet breakfasts) The room is comfortable and decent size The hotel itself looked and felt new The staff was very professional and helpful

Street parking was plentiful at night but looked a bit dodgy. Though not worth paying $40 a night to the hotel. We had some questionable people stay at the hotel who had a brawl in front of the hotel entrance late at night, security and police showed up eventually. A lot of shouting and jumping around, but looks like no one was hurt apart from some fragile egos.

The staff were very friendly and attentive; even my two dogs were welcomed with open arms by all. The suite we had offered everything we might need for our stay, or longer if we had extended it. The location was perfect walking distance to main Boston attractions.

My only criticism is the complimentary breakfast could be better, but what do you want when it’s free?

Great breakfast choices, the roomy suite-like accommodations, the fully equipped kitchen, the smart TV, THE HOUSEKEEPERS don't do your room unless you request it before 4 days. I like that. The fitness room open 24hrs, the self service Laundry room are plusses. Convenient and tranquil locale close to Museum of Fine Arts, ISG museum, Science Museum and Northeastern University. Just 5min ride to BACK BAY STATION and Copley Square.

Except for a supermarket nearby there are vast distances with NO WHERE TO EAT nearby. Also unless you're a walker, as a non driver you must take a bus to the nearest metro subway transit line.

The room had a good size for 3 people and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The sofa-bed was ok. The breakfast offer was small but for us it has been sufficient. Normal coffee could have been refilled more often.

Somebody smoked in the room and the ton of deodorant used to tarnish the smell was also too much. You couldn't open the window to get it out. At breakfast plates and cutlery were all plastic. Not very environmentally friendly.

The room was great and specious, with a nice kitchen.

The neighborhood is not so safe The doormen and receptionists are not so helpful. Barely paying attention to the guests. No nearby T stop.

Comfy bed, big room and great shower. Breakfast good. Coffee great. Would recommend for anyone visiting Northeastern University

Would have liked more variety of fruit at breakfast. Bread could have been fresher. Only sweet cereal.

location is excellent for my reason of stay. breakfast is fresh daily, perfect to start a good day.
