The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had an awful journey, cancelled flights and lost baggage but communicating with the staff via the app was easy and swift. The welcome we received when we finally arrived was so lovely after all the stress. Room was great for us and bathrooms down the hall kept immaculately clean and there was always at least one free. Lovely coffee shop in the lobby and the places had a relaxed vibe. Good location near to all major attractions but quiet. Two cafes and a 7 11 over the road and lots of places to eat in the evening down the road in South End.

Rooms could be better soundproofed.

The lofts in the building next door are the best rooms because they have ample floor space to move around and to unpack suitcases and they have modern and full bathrooms. The rooms in the main building have very little floor space and small bathrooms. Some rooms don't have their own bathroom So, the main building is for single persons or overnighters with little luggage and the lofts in the other building are much more comfortable for couples, for longer stays, and if you have luggage. The staff are very friendly and helpful, very. No breakfast room but there is an independent coffee and danish takeout place in the lobby.

The interior design of the hotel was great. One of the most comfortable bed I ever slept on.

The room close to the shared bathrooms was very noisy.

Nice co-working space in the basement including a meeting room that one can reserve. Clean bathrooms and nice concept. Despite having shared bathrooms, they're always clean and feel extremely private because you don't just have a stall, but an entire bathroom to yourself (with a sink, a toilet and a shower).

The rooms are too small for a longer stay (I stayed two weeks for work) and they smelled a little funky (maybe from the AC). While the sheets and floors were cleaned, they didn't dust anything in the room. There are NO fridges in the rooms to keep anything cool and there is no space to prepare your own food (only a microwave in the basement). You can drop off food at the reception and they will store it in a fridge. Having spent two weeks there for work, I would have appreciated my own fridge in the room (some people also take medicine that needs to be kept cool) and the ability to have access to a communal kitchen.

The location was awesome, about a mile from where the Convention I was attending was held. I was able to reserve a hotel bike and enjoy the city. I really enjoyed the staff, they made me feel like I was safe and at home. All staff needs to be trained like: Shaunderay, Arianna, Monica, Connie Shaheen, and Joe Cornejo! Seriously, they made me feel at home, safe; always asked if I was ok, if I needed anything, provided me with local spots to eat and enjoy the city. They were awesome, they all deserve a raise, a bonus, a night out, something!!! The building was always clean and well lit. I loved my stay and look forward to coming back!!!

I did not like how some staffers were warm and inviting; while other staffers made me question if I had walked into the wrong hotel. I think all staffers should learn how to speak to people that aren't from their area; after all it cost you nothing to be nice, plus people coming to visit your hotel have an extremely high likelihood to not be from your area. Being a souhernbell from the south, I wasn't expecting southern hospitality. I also wasn't expecting to have a conversation that you would have with some Ahh whole in the street, at the front desk of your hotel. I really couldn't let one bad apple ruin my trip. S/o to the wonderful staff I did come in contact with: Shaunderay, Arianna, Monica, Connie Shaheen, and Joe Cornejo! Yall are the best, and I am standing on that!

Everything about the hotel was great. The hotel has a nice central location. Easily walkable to a lot of sites, Boston Gardens, Downtown, Fenway (or even closer to the train station which is one stop from Fenway, as we used. 5 min walk from hotel). Billy's Sub Shop across the street is great for some breakfast in the morning. Reunion BBQ around the corner is great for a couple of drinks. The staff are very, very nice. We found the room to be very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed in one of the four bed rooms with the bathroom down the hall. I'll admit I had my reservations about this, but, in hindsight, I think it is actually a much better option if like us you are staying with a group of people. All four of us could use the bathrooms at the same time. No waiting to take showers one by one. It will have saved us a lot of time. The bathrooms themselves, each with four pods containing a sink, toilet, and shower, were very clean. Each bathroom had clean towels stocked around the clock during our stay, with us taking multiple showers each day. Each pod would be cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day as they were used by people. Most importantly, the staff were very nice and very accommodating. An example of this for us, on the day we checked out they let us have a late check-out as our flights weren't until 9 that night. They let us lock our bags in their office after we had checked out and we went in to the city to get something to eat, watch some sport ( soccer and rugby World cup), and just kill some time. They even allowed us to have a shower and get changed in the hotel after we came back to collect the bags (very humid week in Boston, and raining very heavy that day). All in all it was a great experience and we would definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Boston.

Honestly don't have a bad word to say.

We mainly walked and the area was nice and safe with lots of eateries around The bath rooms being separate we actually genius, I cant stress that enough. they supplied bathrobes, slippers, etc the bunk style beds we had were very cool, comfortable and functional The AC was perfect, ice was available, elevator was secured by room card Staff were super friendly and helpful

the in house coffee shop opened too late, 8 am? 7 am week days. I used the 7-11 right across the street but still 7am? my slippers didn't fit too good

The interior of the hotel is very cool/chic. My daughters, aged 10 and 14, loved it. The location is excellent for walking in Boston. The Charles river and the Boston Commons are a few blocks away. The room was small, but adequately laid out so that I was able to sleep comfortably with my two daughters; we all had enough individual bed-space. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about using shared bathrooms, but it turned out to be a non-issue as the bathrooms were cleaned regularly and they were well appointed. Actually, it turned out to be an advantage, as we could all shower and "get ready" at the same time (using the private bathroom spaces) rather than one after the other which would have been the case in a traditional hotel room.

Boston is an expensive city; there is no way around it. Having said that, I feel that the price was a bit steep considering the size of the room, and the fact that bathrooms were shared. Also, there was no maid-service - the beds were not made while we were out during the day. Having a small continental breakfast would also be appreciated.

Lovely hotel in industrial hostel style. Very friendly helpful staff. Immaculately clean, teams of cleaners working round the clock. Huge extremely comfy bed and big TV (with absolutely nothing worth watching). Dont be put off by the "Bathroom Down the Hall". While there are no on-suite bathrooms, there is a room with 5 large private bathrooms with powerful showers on each floor. Towels, shampoos and a tote bag provided. At first we thought this was an issue, but on reflection everyone gets their your own bathroom to get ready without the loved one hammering on the door telling you to hurry up. Small basic breakfast bar with coffee and muffins etc. Good place (Greystone Cafe) round the corner for takeaway breakfast plus lots of other quality eateries nearby Great location in luxury neighbourhood, 4 min walk to Back Bay T. 20 min walk to city centre.

Extraordinarily high prices in Boston, everything about 2x the UK.
