Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boston Cambridge

We were greeted with friendly faces. I had sent a message asking if we could have a double bed instead of a king room, and they could accommodate us. We also enjoyed the coffee and breakfast in the morning. It was within walking distance to the nearby mall and train station. We would stay here again in the future.

Our room had a construction view, so we kept our window curtains closed for most of the stay. Other than that, we enjoyed our room and our stay.

The breakfast was amazing! Better then my wife and I planned. The gentleman who was at the desk on June 17th in the afternoon, helped us with our taxi and told us the best ways to get around town! He gets an A! The people who made breakfast were helpful and very nice! My wife and I really had a great time for our first time. Our next trip to Fenway we plan on going to this same hotel!

Parking a little tight, luckily we had a small car.

Great staff, friendly and available. Location is ok, very close to the metro green line. Breakfast is ok. Had the impression the neighborhood is safe with a shopping mall within walking distance.

The room is a bit small and almost no space to put your bags. I would say a bit overpriced, but it seems all hotels have doubled their price after the pandemic.

The room was beautiful and very clean, a bit on the small side but we didn’t mind. The bathroom was very clean and the furnishings looked new. The location was safe and very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and there was good variety.

Parking was $40 a night at the site. I think that’s understandable given the location.

Rooms were clean and spacious. the lemon ice water in the lobby was a nice touch. Staff at breakfast were friendly. nice to see fresh fruit offered besides apples and bananas.

No one told us that we didn’t get housekeeping. I expected the bed made and towels replaced and garbage emptied. So that was disappointing. Parking was expensive!

Breakfast was plentiful. Staff very helpful. Hot drinks and iced water available throughout the day.

Disappointing that disposable plates and cutlery were used. The toaster/ waffle corner was rather congested and would benefit from reorganisation.

Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff at the desk. My husband thinks he left his Kerry’s there. Called at least three time. They were willing to even search the room for us. Although it didn’t come up. Grateful they took the time to look. Thank you. Will definitely recommend.

Breakfast was free and welcomed. Choice of hot and cold items. Staff was efficient in replenishing items as needed and very accommodating when requests were made. Coffee was good

Breakfast hours were a little early for me. Wished it extended at least an hour later.

Not charging $25 per night to park in their lot on top of room charge. States parking but nothing about costing additional. Plus spaces so narrow had to let people out of car before pulling into space. Disappointed paying over $500 for 2 nights and then an additional $50 to park

Katarina who checked me in was pleasant and very nice. I received great customer service and check in was easy and smooth. All questions and concerns were addressed professionally and friendly. My room had everything I needed and was a comfortable stay from start to finish. Thank you!
