Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston/Cambridge

The front desk agents were very warm and willing to answer our questions, but seems like they could be more knowledgeable with public transport around the hotel. Everything was neat. Rooms were very clean and everything was comfortable. I couldn't really complain about anything in the hotel. Also, the hotel granted our request of our rooms being close to each other and on a higher floor.

The covid breakfast! I'm not complaining about it but yeah, those lunch box covid breakfasts just aren't my cup of tea... Also, when arriving at the property, it wasn't that intuitive. You couldn't find a spot to really "park" before going down to check in. It looked poorly designed. The customer parking was below the actual hotel and spaces were limited and very tight. Upon checking in, I parked in a lousy space, which appeared like the only spot we could stop as we brought our bags down. There was no space for another car to drop by!

close to T station easy to get around. room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. parking is a huge bonus.

some reviews complain about the train. i could slightly hear it but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep.

Many hotels have gone down hill during the pandemic and they aren't taken care of. This one has been upgraded since I was last there. I appreciated that it looked taken care of.

Same breakfast every day. You used to change it up on the weekends so the main dish wasn't scrambled eggs every day, however, everything was good, and the housekeeper was out there making sure counters and tables were clean and neat.

Excellent location. Minutes to the train station then few stop to the heart of Boston. Very convenient. Staff is very polite and well responded. Parking is secured and enough capacity. Completely renovated super clean room. There was nothing I can complain. Note that breakfast is nothing special just typical Hampton inn.

Free enclosed parking, free breakfast, facility clean and upgraded. Didn't look beat up or worn out.

Little more variety with egg selection in the morning would be great, but staff kept food and table areas clean and the coffee was good, which is unusual for a hotel.

Accommodations were great and parking was good. The beds were very comfortable.

Location wasn't ideal for two people trying to navigate Boston without a car. We were very close to Lechmere, which wasn't in operation at the time, and the nearest T station would have been a 20 minute walk. We had to make do with rideshares (which were in short supply at the time) and the buses at Lechmere, which made it harder to get around. Internet was a little slow.

Right next to the Lechmere T-station, but you could walk most places (the Science Museum is about 10 min walking). Very quiet. Breakfast was good, just like most Hampton Inn hotels.

No pool. The premium paid for the location was very high.

Parking was very convenient. Check in went as expected. Safety precautions (for COVID-19) in place. Manager was very pleasant and accommodating when I asked that our two rooms be booked as close together as possible.

The hotel was very short staffed; when the key card did not work and it was determined that the batteries needed to be replaced, there was no maintenance person available. Manager accessed the room, but cautioned that we would be locked out again if we both exited the room and he would have to be called to reopen it. Very minor issue and not much of an inconvenience since we were checking out the next morning. This would not keep me for staying here in the future.

The breakfast room was convenient; food was good.

Better signage on the road and entry would be helpful.

Very central to my son university MIT. The place is clean and airy Very peaceful and quiet Parking is a plus which is excellent. It was my second time I love it, home away from home. Will recommend it to anyone. Thanks
