The food was very good and the space was new and clean. We liked sitting in the back garden as well.

The breakfast buffet was way overpriced and the alternatives (order off the menu) costs about the same, so it just makes sense to get the buffet. I would lower the buffet price to $12.99 max, especially since comparable hotels include free breakfast in their rates. That seems like a better price point and would lead to a good experience for the customer.

Staff were amazing and always willing to help. I got in at almost midnight and needed a travel adaptor. Immediately, the receptionist offered to help me order on door-dash! I did it myself but the offer was heartwarming. Also got help from staff navigating and looked forward to having breakfast everyday because of the warm welcome we received from the staff there. Simply the best!

This hotel is fairly new, so it was super clean and the rooms were exceptionally nice. The main reasons for giving it the ratings we did, was the staff. From the time we walked in the door and met Sherayna, at the front desk, we were treated like royalty. Every other staff member we met and interacted with were just a pleasure to meet and deal with.

Breakfast was super! Minority staff at the restaurant are helpful to us being (asian minority) but caucasian staff seems cold. They should be trained to be respectful and inclusive regardless on who the customer is because we pay the same price. Let's make the world a better place, start it in Boston.

The staff were very friendly. From management to the cleaning crew. The room was nice and clean. The bar was great. Mike the bartender was great! Food was very good. Limited menu but good food. We would go back. Thank you.

The price. It was high for that area. Rooms are nice but pretty average. It helps that it's only a year old. Black-out shades were great but there is that sliver at the top that still brings in light.

The breakfast was gross. The eggs were runny. I wouldn’t eat there again. Someone puked on the floor and there was no urgency to clean it. I stepped in it and almost fell. The rooms were very clean. We didn’t really use any amenities. I would stay there again because it was easy to get to Foxboro Stadium. I am a Hilton rewards member and nobody reached out to me but my friend was getting texts entire stye.

Very close to local restaurants and easy access to the highway to visit local tourist destinations like JFK museum and for day trips into Boston via local MTBA locations.

The only negative point was the lack of breakfast ‘alternatives’ if you did not wish to participate in the all you can eat buffet.

Breakfast was too expensive, so my family and I ate elsewhere. My family and I loved the room very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Staffer Ahmad was great as well. Another guest and her child were outside, the child's balloon blow away and all of the sudden Ahmad came out of no where with another balloon for the child. That was awesome cause clearly the child was sad, Ahmad saved the day. He's rocks!!!

I didn't like that the ice bucket was used and had melted dirty ice water in it, but I was quickly resolved once I bought it to the front desk attention.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable large rooms. They have thought of everything! Beautiful decor and the lighting was spot on, warm and welcoming. No cold blue lighting.

Powdered cream for in room coffee. Coffee in the morning is so important for me. And I'm guessing for many others. That little luxury of even shelf stable half and half makes a big difference.

Immaculate and spacious rooms. Free bottles of water. Awesome, attentive customer service. My son enjoyed the heated pool (it was chilly in Boston the first few days there so the warm pool was nice)

Pillows were too soft and flat sheets too short. Only went up to my chest.
