Clean room warm, everything's bright and staff is friendly. The beds are like falling back into a big marshmallow. My shower was hot and the shower pressure perfect. Coffee was great. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're interested in a stay in the Randolph area! Close to everything, conveniently located especially if you get dropped by a cab, like I did.

No complaints, except I was told online 50 dollar deposit and it turned into 75 when I got here. They at first couldn't take the card I used to reserve my room but the dilemma was solved after staff intervenedand stepped up to help!

The Staff was Fabulous and the Room was top notch. With all my travels Since 2020 and COVID 13 times across the USA, simply the Best hotel I've stayed at by Far on Booking.com or any other Travel site. Just loved it. After so many disappointing Stays with no staff and poor conditions. Super Value for the Boston area. Tried to tip the staff and they refused our Money.

Good breakfast with variety

The pool was not working. We got there Wednesday, we’re told the pool would be operational Thursday morning. It was not, told again Thursday afternoon, it was not, told Friday at 0800, it was not. The lady was kind enough to give us a call at almost 1000 to tell us the pool was now open, but it was time to check out. My kids were very disappointed that we had done our best to book a hotel with an indoor pool, only for their dream to get crushed. I wish the staff said the pool was out if commission without promising without delivering. We didn’t get full value for what we paid for!

Nice value property. The staff are amazing! In particular Ms. Nancy Hernandez who worked a double with grace and was so kind. She loaned me her pristine personal pet bathing tub to soak my extremely blistered feet from far too much walking and brought me salt packets to use. The next morning she was still there — someone had called in. She was efficient, gracious and kind. Someone promote that woman!

From the moment we walked through the front door every staff member was wonderful! They made us feel very welcome. Mike, James and Isaac at the front desk always had a smile. In fact, James made us an anniversary card and the staff signed it. It made our day! Maria was in the cleaning crew on our floor and made sure to greet us with a good morning and asking us if we needed anything. William, in the breakfast area, was so attentive. One morning we were running late and he came over to make sure we didn't want anything else before he closed. The breakfast was fine, included a variety of hot and cold items. The room was clean and quiet.. The bed was comfortable.

Clean and modern

Our sink remained clogged for 3 days out of 5. Turning the lights on and off was a bit tricky, but all worked when I figured that there was a main switch to turn all on and off, and then there were local switches. Labeling coukd help.

I was tired when I arrived I waited a long time for front desk to come check me in. didn’t like (not your fault) the adjacent property had a junk window busted out hoarder car made me nervous that my car was not safe front desk assured me he watches cameras at night

Friendly and polite staff. Clean facilities. Great breakfast included. Discount offered at nearby restaurant. We were very pleased with everything and look forwar45d to staying here again in the future.

Water pressure in sink and shower was very low.

The region lost power after one of the worst storms in recent Massachusetts history. The hotel was without power for two days, during which time the management made sure I was accommodated elsewhere at their expense until power was restored. Given some 400,000 homes were without power, finding an equivalent suite was probably not easy as everywhere was sold out, but somehow Amine made sure I was taken care of. Exceptional service. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the employees friendly and helpful.

There breakfast was okay. The hot food was obviously cooked elsewhere and reheated, but for that it was decent. There was a good variety of options and plenty to eat. The kids especially like the pancake making machine. The staff was always super helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and I liked the microwave, fridge, coffee maker provided.

For some reason our rooms weren't cleaned by housekeeping at all during our weeklong stay. I don't know if I was supposed to ask or not, but clarity on that up front would have been good. Also, they were not able to have our rooms close together or even on the same floor, which I can understand given our last-minute booking, but it would have been more convenient. Also, the desk being right next to the AC vent meant that I was always freezing whenever I was working.
