Everything was very clean desk staff and manager was super accommodating and helpful. Also a huge plus for us was we had our fur baby with us so of course we had doggy bags everywhere we go but the doggy bag post outside actually had bags in it!We stay at many hotels and the doggy post is never filled. Also unfortunately we had to end our stay a day early because our dog injured his paw and we had to make it back home to our vet. Considering Covid and short staffing etc. they were super understanding and accommodating all while I was a huge hot panicking mess. If we are ever in the Boston area we are definitely coming back to this property! Also if the staff sees this THANK YOU!! you guys are so awesome!

Check in was quick and easy. The room had everything I could imagine. Very restful, definitely coming back.

I was hoping to find restaurants within walking distance, but it wasn’t an issue.

Near mega shopping mall. 5 mins drive.

There should be no carpet in the room at all because this is pet friendly hotel. Carpet some how absorb pet odor no matter how well you clean the floor.

The property is conveniently located. It also has an extremely fair pet policy/price. Staff is friendly and hotel was clean. Rooms are spacious and bed was comfortable. A guest had a mastiff that was unleashed. Conscious staff member addressed this which is greatly appreciated. Our dog doesn’t like her space invaded and the owner did not care that his dog was creating a potentially bad situation.

The only problem with this facility is that none of entrances have a button to automatically open the door for disabled customers. I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal but it is for someone trying to get into the hotel who is in a wheelchair or other mobility issues. This is the only hotel we’ve ever stayed at that does not have this. Not an ADA requirement but would benefit disabled customers who always are dealing with barriers.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My studio room was super clean and a good size! I love the kitchenette-it's very useful. Thankful that this is a pet-friendly hotel. The laundry room with free washers and dryers, TV , large folding table, and free coffee is wonderful! The grounds are well maintained and I appreciate the free pet waste pick up bags.

I could park near my room and use the backdoor at night with my key. I felt it was a safe environment. Rooms was nice and clean. They put security tape on doors when they finish cleaning rooms.

Only had bathroom's in the rooms. I was from out of town and drove hours to get to the hotel to find out I had to fully check in before I can use the bathroom in my room. No bathroom access until you get your room key. I left facility to use bathroom at a gas station then came back to check in. Somebody kept walking hard in the apartment above us.

I had a wardrobe malfunction. And was kind of bummed when i learned that the front desk didn't have a complimentary sewing kit. I guess I'm just old fashion. Other than that the stay was great

Our suite had a full kitchens, the room and bed was very comfortable and it was reasonably priced. Me & my friend stayed there for the night and extremely enjoyed ourselves.

The inside decor was a little outdated and they make you put down a $200 deposit, at most other places it’s only $50-$100, but it’s fine.

Everywhere we wanted to go was easy to get to. The hotel is near a major interstate. The laundry facilities were wonderful. The rooms were spacious. The desk staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

It is an older property so the ceiling was flaking in our room. Carpeting is old in halls and rooms. The old couple sitting outside the doors were off-putting when we first got there.
