Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree

The room was comfortable and spacious especially with the sitting area. It had plenty of electrical outlets for chargers and small appliances. It had an exceptional refrigerator that cooled all the drinks that we always keep on long stays. And a rare time I've ever had a hook on a bathroom door I could reach (short person). The breakfast included each morning was the best in a hotel ever encountered.

While completely functional the bathroom design was awkward: the toddler height toilet, the hidden toilet paper holder, the towel rack in the shower that was too high, no place to prop up a foot to shave your legs, shower head too high to reach much less adjust, soap/toiletry shelf too small, and a door that always scrunched up the bath mat on the floor. If you lowered the valence board above the window a few inches it would block the light at the top of the window that the blackout shade doesn't cover at dawn.

The service at the front desk and the crew working breakfast were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. If you needed anything, such as extra bath supplies, the front desk workers were on it. It was nice to be greeted after a long day out, especially after a very long trip on the T. The main areas, like the lobby and café, were also well taken care of and clean!

This may just be an isolated incident overall, but an area that was strange might have had to do with a previous occupant to our room in 610; there was something left in the refrigerator that was not ours? This discovery was odd because everyone in the room agreed not to have food takeout because we were worried about forgetting it, but when we went to put a few bottles of water into the refrigerator, there was just a random sandwich that was not ours? Overall, the cleaning staff was respectful of our wishes to not clean the room (since we were there a few days), but that was a bit weird to us?

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Unlike other complimentary breakfasts at other places, this one had a nice variety. There was a huge amount of space (grassy area) for my dog to potty and go for a walk. The grounds were free of litter. I did have an issue with a water leak and wet carpet in my room, but the manager was very pleasant and made it right.

The pool was closed, the pet area did not have doggy bags available (and the trash was full the entire 4 days. There is only one entrance/exit, so even though they have pet friendly rooms, it was a long way to get out of the hotel to take a furry friend that has to potty.

location to major routes within a few miles, you can get to the "T" station within 10 min from hotel, on red line which was great, breakfast was very good choices, friendly staff, room very clean, free parking, easy parking, price is great since you are very close to transportation, traffic was easy in area, few nice restaurants in area, room was clean and has a frig and comfortable, close to "south" areas we wanted to visit.

this is so minor but when you get out of shower the toilet is a bit close, but we had no problems

Being told to wait at checkin while staff address some issue with other guest, not physically present at front desk Our car service dropped us off at 1:23am. We waiting at least 10 to 15 mins, we thought there was a problem with our reservation; there was not. We had just flown in from Seattle, where we stayed at a Hyatt Place; we were very tired. I am disabiled with some paralysis and use a cane. Not only was the checkin process excessively long, but the assigned room had different accomodations than I reserved and it was the farthest room from the elevater, #437. Not very considerate and rude to keep us waiting

The best thing about this property is the FULL SIZE TOILETRIES in the shower. A full size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower was a delightful discovery.

The only complaints I have are (1) that the nightstand between the two beds could have had more outlets (only one was available) but there was another outlet to use near one of the beds for phone charging, and (2) there were no extra hooks or railings in the bathroom to hang up used towels to dry, and (3) the towels were a little thin.

Location. close to the Logan Express and several restaurants. Also close to the freeway. Breakfast was good and having the bar and sandwich bar was great!! All staff members were very helpful and pleasant. Gold star for all of them. The beds were very comfortable !

Our first room on the sixth floor had a shower that seemed to have a water pressure issue. I reported this to the front desk. Also the toilet was very low to the ground. Also the couch was very low. The second room was much better on a lower floor and the couch was newer. I also would have liked having a microwave in the room and more coffee bags for morning coffee. Only two for one cup each isn’t enough.

The staff were exceptional. From the time we checked in until the time we left, they couldn't have been nicer and move helpful if they tried. The staff for the breakfast were also absolutely wonderful! Kudos to you all!!

The business center was a little awkward to use, but once we figured it out, it was easy. Even if it wouldn't have worked out, the staff at the front desk were willing to help us get things printed.

Loved how spacious the room was, parking was great, nice view from my room breakfast was yummy. Beds are comfy. Room was clean!

Phone in my room wasnt working. There was something wrong with the plumbing in my room, called for plunger or someone to fix it cuz it wouldn't flush at all and no one helped even after I called the front desk and then the operator couldn't even get ahold of anyone to help either. Hopefully staff will be more attentive to guests needs. Other than that part the stay was great!

Breakfast was actually outstanding for a free, buffet style set up. Room was spacious, well laid out and very clean. Very good accommodations for the price and well located for Boston access.

The internet was slow, slower, and the slowest. Then on my third night, it went out all together. I stay in lots of hotels and usually get point for each night. I booked through a third party and didn't get any points, so please be aware of this.
