The staff was professional. The building was beautiful and I enjoyed the atmospheric lighting and decor. Very professional and friendly environment. This hotel is a shining example of what a hotel should feel like - the housing keeping staff visit you in the morning too, which is something VERY rare post COVID & in general.

Short and to the point - Parking here is a little difficult. I don't blame the facility for that, but it definitely made things harder after a long night working off site. The wifi & parking are paid for - which I understand - a facility of this size & that accommodates the property entails. Weddings, Business Functions, etc. However, for the price, I was hoping for at least free either of those services.

the beds are comfortable and the staff is super friendly.

the breakfast is 20+ per person. the buffet should reflect more options such as a European style breakfast if possible. there is quite a diverse set of people that come through this facilities. Also add a few more items to the shop section for those that do not have any snacks during the night time since all items in that area closes early

The hotel was very clean, luxurious, and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, excellent excellent, and worth the stay alone. The fitness center was better than any fitness center I’ve ever seen in any other hotel. If you work out off while you travel, this is a great choice. The hotel staff is friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. I would not hesitate to say again.

Very good rating- clean room- clean, updated bathroom, comfy bed and pillows! Restaurant, bar, great!

No microwave in room, but used the one in the lobby. Did NOT. Like the adjoining door in our room to the next hotel room. Not your fault, but the were very loud and easily heard because of the adjoining door.

It is a peaceful and beautiful place. I felt peace and comfort here. All staff, including those in the restaurant and bar, are friendly and friendly. All food in the restaurant and bar was delicious. I would definitely stay here if I come back to Boston.

It is far from the center of Boston and transportation is inconvenient. It is a good place to stay again despite these inconveniences.

The bottom fitted sheet did not fit ...was too tight and was untucked from the beginning..kept getting feet tangled in it. Then came off at the top. All in all what could have been great night was totally disrupted. The thought of sleeping on just the mattress cover was gross. It was extremely difficult to try and get it tucked in and was not strong enough to do it.😬

Impeccable room...you know, the things you want in a hotel; all the outlets worked and were well-placed, the grout was clean, the carpet looked brand new, the curtains blocked out all light, the TV remote was easy to use...I could go on and on.

Not one thing

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the the accommodations were clean and quiet. The food and room service was very good.

The gym was a little dirty with cups and bottles left everywhere. Working out in the evening was difficult with all of the students funneling through the gym.

Jordan at reception was outstanding - gracious, helpful, welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our stay just right.

Marriott, you really ought to stop nickel and diming your “guests”. it’s bad. can you put some water in the rooms? And additional charge for parking for paying “guests”!!! Ridiculous.

Location, daily housekeeping, big shower, toiletries provided, lots of charging ports, coffee maker, fairly quiet for a busy place
