The location was excellent . Easy walking distance to beach , restaurants , church, and cape league baseball. A little bit of a walk into town but manageable . All in all couldn't ask for a better location.

The room though comfortable and clean was dated and could in particular use more electricl outlets to suit today's many electronics . Having stayed here before I brought my own Keurig . Coffee is offered at the desk but it's nice to be able to have that cup in your roon upon awaking . Minor issues certainly not enough to take away from the plusses .

Compact room. Clean and comfy bed. Microwave and fridge in room. Pleasant grounds around motel. Short walk to beach and town and ferry. Use of kettle in motel reception or coffee and paper cups available. Pool, but we did not use it.

Although there was a fridge and microwave in room there were no cups, plates or cutlery. Only one stool and one chair for 2 people. Small room. House keeping changed all towels every day totally unnecessary, even clean unused towels. Booking details mentioned outdoor seating but this was not with the room. There was general seating facility for anyone’s use in the motel grounds.

This year, during our stay in Falmouth, we spent one day on Martha's Vineyard. We took the Island Queen over 1st thing in the morning and last ferry back. The ship launch is just a short walk from the motel. We stayed at the Harbor House at The Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. A very nice room. With 2 queen beds and a kitchen set up sans cook top. The motel is also close to Falmouth Heights Beach, which we walked to every day.. It's our tradition to do Mexican at Anejo the first night and the Flying Bridge the 2nd night. Falmouth has great restaurants. It's wonderful to have a very nice place to stay at a fair price.

Great location for a day trip on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Spoke to Joyce ,who ok'ed us to park in the hotel lot and save us the parking fee for the ferry. Didn't use the pool or the picnic area and grills, but they were well maintained and looked inviting. The room was wonderful. An efficiency with a fridge and microwave, spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Debbie was amazing, great fun talking about the area and our family adventures with each other. Made the visit that much more fun!

Only had time to stay 1 day. Coffee/tea at the office, not in the rooms, but a short walk wasn't really a problem. I don't have any real negative thoughts.

We had the most amazing experience at this property! We definitely got an upgraded room for which I was so grateful. Our room was a very spacious suite on the second floor of a quaint, small building around the back of the Motor Lodge. It had high ceilings, a living room, kitchen, bath and large bedroom. The suite also had a deck that we didn't have to share with anyone, since there wasn't anyone staying in the room next door. Since it was off-season, there wasn't any deck furniture, so we sat inside, but opened the doors to the deck so we could enjoy the fresh, crisp Cape Cod evening air. It was so quiet. We drank champagne. We could have sat there all night. The location of this hotel is also amazing. We walked to a local restaurant, Shipwrecked, and sat outside, despite that it was a bit chilly. The entire outdoor area was full of people! Luckily there were heaters going that kept us warm. It was so nice to have a view of the water while we enjoyed our dinner. And afterwards, we crossed the road and took a walk on the beach. Such a great evening! The following morning we ate breakfast at The Black Dog Heights Cafe (which was still open, despite being off-season). We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the suite, the outdoor deck, and the short walk to the restaurant and beach. We will be back!!

Great location for touring the Cod, easy walking distance to restaurants/shops (15-20mins max) some even closer. Friendly staff. Originally booked a queen bed room which was compact, clean with a microwave oven. Upgraded to accommodation with kitchenette which was so much more roomy with a separate kitchen/lounge area which lead to an outside sitting area. Kitchen had hob and a microwave with fully utensils and basic pans. Very comfy large bed, adequate storage/closet space. Nice outside area, with a pool loungers and towels. BBQ area (3 grills). Close to beach (5 mins walk), Coin operated laundry room on site, soap etc available, bike storage too

BBQ's need to be adapted to enable the coals to burn as there is no grill for the coals to sit on so no air flow therefore the coals do not burn well. Kitchen pans were not non-stick so everything burnt or stuck to surface.

Can't fault this hotel.. Staff were friendly rooms were spotless location was great would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.Ferry to Martha's Vineyard is just up the street and beach is a 5 minute wander away. Plenty bars and restaurants just a short walk away, and we explored the whole cape from our base in Falmouth.

A toaster would be good in room

The motel is just a 5-min leisurely stroll to the beach and for those who prefer a pool - it's right there. The Black Dog cafe - right next to Motel - offers a great choice of breakfast and for those who want refreshing cocktails, a beer and a nice meal - go for "The Shipwrecked" right at the beach. Everything is conveniently located and to be reached on foot, including the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. I can highly recommend this place. There is free coffee at the reception between 8 and 10am! Us and our children wished we would have stayed longer.

Retro feel was fun. Very clean. Smallest room on the property but adequate. The grounds are beautiful with hanging flowers and immaculately maintained grounds. Pool and lots of sitting areas on the lawn. Coffee and ice available in the office.

People walking by my room, which was just about everyone staying at the motel, could see into my window so I had to keep the shade down. A little claustrophobic.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was initially given a standard room, small but 0k, but after a few days I was given a little cottage with some basic cooking facilities, which was delightful. Good location and nice pool.

Some small problems with the drains in bathroom and kitchen, and the extractor in the bathroom was very dirty.
