This place was so amazing. The location is perfect for anything you would like to do on the Cape. Fishing, boating, dining, Martha Vineyard ferry, shopping and beaches all within walking distance or a less than 5 min drive. Great parking at Resort. I can NOT wait to return 👍👍👍❤❤❤❤ The facilities are very clean and well decorated, the staff is Amazing and very accommodating. You won't be disappointed with your stay at this resort

That they close Harborwalk for the winter😥🙂wish they were open year round like the other hotels in the area

The location can't be beat. Pretty harbor view and easy to get to most area attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful even with a couple of extras I needed during my stay. The efficiency suite made my extended stay much easier.

The window blinds don't really block out the outside. Light and even a peeping Tom could get through. Sound transmission becomes a problem with even a moderate amount of guests. If you're a light sleeper, you will hear everything around you.

The unit was well planned and we were very happy with what was offered. The small kitchen was amazing and had everthing one needed, dishwasher, large fridge, stove etc... We totally enjoyed walking across the street to sit on the public benches at the harbor.

There was so much that we liked, I regret filling anything in as negative. We missed that there was no spot to sit outside at our rooms. Also after 5 days we were really weary of having our only "view" being to look through the metal bars which surrounded the pool. If we came again, we would ask for a room which was not directly behind the pool. One unanticipated negative aspect was that the toilet was so low -- TOO low! -never experienced a lower one! - It was very difficult to maneuver for an elderly couple.

The hotel rooms were very clean, quiet, and the staff was very attentive when approached for additional things like extra towels, garbage bags, etc. My husband and I had rented two hotel rooms. When we arrived early, the staff went out of their way to get us into the hotel several hours before the actual 4 pm checkin time and they also allowed us to swim while awaiting for the rooms to be cleaned. The rooms were equipped with refrigerator, stoves, microwave, etc. We all loved that the hotel location was also in very close proximity to all the beaches in the surrounding the area.

I stayed here last fall for my birthday and so i wanted to bring my daughter with me on her birthday -(weekend before the bday) We love the areand were able to enjoy the quiet neighborhood for an evening walk, the room was very clean and we loved the ability to cook and warm food and store food in the refrigerator. Even though if forgot my personal pillow at the hotel.... its ok it was a wonderful weekend and staying here was a big part of it.

Love the small kitchen setup, and the sitting area in the Queen studio. Gas fireplace was a nice surprise too! Loved the pool table game room, it was nice to have a little something to go do on the nights you didn't feel like actually going out anywhere. It's a dollar a game.

The AC was a little noisy, sounds like it might need to be cleaned. Only other thing was that the microwave is up so high I could not reach without grabbing a chair. There are folding chairs in the closet, so we made that work.

The view was awesome, harbor right across the street. Access to get on the ferry to marthas vineyard. Close places to eat. Nice pool. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful on places to go and see. Keiligh was the Best. Good water pressure in the shower

The Murphy bed needs better support. The room needs a dehumidifier. Everything is damp and smells musty. If loud music keeps you up, don't stay here. I actually wasn't really bothered by it, but it was loud. From a place up the street with a DJ

Location is wonderful to get Island Queen to MV. Pool is great. Like the use of other Innseason Resorts. Beach access on Falmouth heights. Over the years we have stayed there many times since the 1980’s

A little updating. We have stayed there off and on since it was The Trade Winds. Needs new toilets, more light in the kitchen area. Room 214B. The rest of the amenities are fine. We are used to a king bed but in this queen bed slept fine

Our unit was super clean. We also had a studio apartment and there was everything we needed kitchen-wise. The location is also in walk-in distance to the Main Street and the Harbour, which is a huge plus.

The size of the room ... the facilities in the room ... the location of the property ... the value of stay ... the proximity to everything I wanted to accomplish ...

There were zero negatives to my stay. A suggestion, though, might be to have grip bars for entering and leaving the shower ...
