The location was fantastic. About 10 minutes from the beaches and just down the street from an lovely village with shopping and restaurants. It's also across the street from a DQ and Portuguese bakery, which we ate at for breakfast and recommend.

The parking was tough at night. But it was a weekend and at least one wedding was staying there (I know because we were a part of it) and they hosted a function on Saturday, so there were a lot of guests. Ultimately we always found a place to park, it just wasn't always the closest to our room.

Comfortable, clean rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. But the best part was the location, so close to everything without the expensive price tag!

The bed is very firm. Also the hot tub was not working when we went, with nothing but a yellow floor sign to keep guests out, and there wasn’t a cover over it so you can see the grime floating in the water.

It was our first time staying at Falmouth inn and we enjoyed it! My husband and I were very impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. The Inn is super clean and had a relaxing atmosphere here. We loved the breakfast! Best continental breakfast we had so far staying anywhere. We already are planning to make trip back since it was so close to the ferry to Martha's vineyard. Many cute shops and restaurants 5 mins down the road

The service and breakfast could have been better. Coffee was really awful, no orange juice. Breads and muffins were dry and the scrambled eggs were burnt and tasteless. The food was not ready till well after 7:45 am one day. Very poor quality.

The rooms were clean, and appear exactly as they look in the photos. They are modern and well kept, like a Marriott. It is great value in Falmouth for the money. The staff was very friendly.

The continental breakfast was very basic / not good. Coffee was watery and not good. There were a lot of people smoking outside the building, during our stay. There was no smell inside the building, but definitely outside in the parking lot.

I like that the property was walking distance from the Island Queen ferry, and a short drive to many good restaurants. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast options were decent.

pool was indoors, which is great in winter, but we would have preferred outside in August. but that’s on me, I didn’t pay enough attention to details when booking.

There was plenty of parking, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

We had to go up to the front desk 3 times because our keys kept getting deactivated. Wish the pool had been warmer. It was one of the main reasons we booked the place and we were only in it for 10 minutes or so because our sons lips started turning blue. I'd also recommend bringing your own pool towels.

Hotel staff was great. Hotel was nice and clean.

We were on second floor with a rec center on other side with a nice big street light shinning in the window all night. No room darken shades or curtains.

Clean & comfortable room, easy check-in & out. I did not use the housekeeping services, and just got towels/ supplies as needed.

Would've liked the whirlpool to be working, or able to use it. I don't know if it was a mechanical issue or state COVID restrictions?
