Hotel was clean, room was spacious, location was great!

Not very helpful front desk! VERY small bathroom - they should put a small mirror by the sink in the room to be used as extra sink. I checked the pictures and CALLED in advance to make SURE they have coffee maker! they said YES they did, So i bought extra coffee PODS. When we got there, it was raining hard, i had broken my ankle, (no elevator,) the parking was weird (it should be closer to room) They DID offer to take our luggage up which was nice AND THERE WAS no coffee maker in the room. They promised a coffee truck which was a no show. even if it were, i colnd't limp downstairs and back up. they could've easily put one coffee maker in the room but no one offered. BTW, hardly anyone answers the phone. It is easy to add an open elevator outside.

The sunsets from the rooftop are mind blowing! Uber Eats delivers to your door, the free bicycles are a huge plus to go into town with and you're within a short bike ride to a beautiful town with the best cafes I've experienced in America! Be sure to ask the staff of recommendations, they have endless suggestions! I'd strongly reccomend exploring the neighbouring villages because it truly does feel like a movie set everywhere you look! The location is flawless, the beds are so comfortable and I'm really impressed with the rooms overall! A fantastic hairdryer too which is a huge plus as a british traveller who's hairdryer doesnt work in the USA! I would easily book this place again!

I was quite surprised by the exterior as it looks like a cheap motel, but honestly... once you settle into your room, play some Vinyl Records that are in the room and see the perfect ocean view... you'll feel overwhelmed by how dreamy it truly is! Don't let the exterior fool you, this place is beautiful! The bathroom is quite cramped and needs a little updating but I wouldn't complain because the location is PERFECT and the cleanliness of the room really is flawless.

The location, decoration style, the facilities and staff were amazing! We loved the bikes, corn hole, swim dock and lounge chairs!

No coffee pot or sink in the kitchenette. The photos show both a coffee pot, cabinetry and kitchen sink, so we planned to prepare some small meals. The front desk told us that they got rid of the coffee pots a while ago. You have to buy coffee now from the blue truck (a food truck) parked outside the hotel. The coffee and pastries were delicious, but we did not appreciate the false advertising.

Access to beach. Staff wonderful! Clean room. Coffee/pastry truck. Great shelving for clothes. Chilled water to refill bottles. Chairs/towels right outside room. Floating raft in the water. Semi-private beach!

The bed was the softest bed we every slept in. It felt like you were swishing around on a water bed! Also, others had mentioned the number of people "saving" chairs with their towels and then walking away for hours! There should be some control there. Not sure how but just wanted to weigh in on that. Would have been nice to have a mat to wipe feet on to keep sand out of room. We were lucky enough to have brought a towel but I think some mats outside the door would be nice. There was an outdoor shower in an alcove but there were always bikes parked there.

The Inn is small but incredibly well maintained and located on the beach. It is right next to an active harbor which makes it a bit congested and noisy. The location is very fun - if you like boast traffic. The rooms a bright and airy. The little blue truck is amazing (coffee and French pastries).

While it is very cute and we had a wonderful time, it is definitely NOT a value for the dollar. It is likely $150-$200 too much for what it is. We have traveled all over the world, most recently Tokyo, and the value for the dollar we got staying in Giza was way better. (exchange rate taken into consideration).

The room was perfect and the view out the sliding doors and patio were excellent with a view of the ocean. Couldn't have asked for a better room or view!

Someone was smoking pot that evening which made us have to close our sliding doors to the ocean view and we couldn't stay out on the patio due to the smell. Also, next door was extremely loud from 11:30pm to 1pm and used obscenities and threats when asking them to quiet down. Office closes at 8pm and opens at 8am so they were no help but did apologize the next day when informed of both issues.

If you want a beach side hotel on Cape Cod, this is it! I stayed literally on an ocean side, could not be closer. Very cool hotel concept, starting with the coffee van outside and ending with a vinyl record player in the room. Very cool young crew, we had lots of laughs

Maybe a suggestion, but would be great to have pair of wine glasses and dishes in the room. As the place is perfect for those sunsets…I also had issue with WiFi connection but the staff took care of it eventually

Beautiful updated rooms and a beautiful location with the beach right out our patio door. Cute little coffee truck with delicious pastries on the side of the building. Awesome deck on the roof with chairs/tables and comfy couches to spend your time and watch the sunset!

The first night the people upstairs had a kid who was running/stomping around for hours but thankfully the sound of the waves drowned out the sound. Didn’t like how small the bathroom/shower was a no counter space. The rooms could use maybe a broom to sweep out the sand that gets brought in. Other than that, no complaints. I would stay here again and again!

The location right on the beach!!! The view was great! Loved the beach chairs with covers & towels provided to sit on the beach! Also loved that we were close to everything!!! The staff was really nice!

The bathroom was too small. Needed a true walk-in shower. No shelves or hooks in the bathroom. It was very difficult to get dressed in there. Nowhere to put toiletries. Should have a bucket on the patio to rinse feet off before entering room from the beach.

I needed a place to stay to avoid a long return drive and this was a good selection based on price and having two beds in the room.

It wasn't clear where to park as we arrived after dark and parked in a space listed for another room. The hotel communicated that our keys would be in a lock box, however, when we arrived the code opened the box but the keys were not there. Our room was open but we had no keys to leave and lock behind us. We locked the door and set the security device on it and stayed in for the night as we were leaving in the morning.
