Great location and very spacious for the cost. Easy access to all major highways in the area, so traveling around Worcester was fairly quick. Room was great size, comfortable. Our last night, there was a "beeping" noise from Utility closet (not accessible to guest) where AC unit went on the fritz. Cool air stopped working, fan was ok, but started around 6am, and we were checking out at 11am, so switching room was more of a pain. Overall, staff / room / facility were excellent collectively and I WOULD recommend it to others for stay.

Other than trying to sleep with beeping noise from closet, we have had no issues.

The suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was filling and there were plenty of options. It snowed and rained ice while I was there. The front desk had snow brushes for the car, which was very helpful.

The hotel bar is still closed. That's a bit of a buzz-kill. It wasn't a big deal, but...the phones in my room did not work at all. I had to call down to the front desk from the self-service laundry room. There are no ice machines on the floors. You have to go to the front desk for ice. One of the couch cushions was a bit torn and ratty. It should be repaired. When did you start charging for parking? It was always free, the other times I stayed there. I couldn't quite get the heat in my room to sufficiently take the chill off things, even when set to 71°.

The property is well maintained and with ample parking. Located so close to my destination, right off a main road and easy to get to. The customer service was professional and appropriate, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was extremely clean, a little wear and tear in the paint on some of the cabinets, but who cares. the kitchenette was very modern, and fully stocked with utensils and dishes.

I thought it was a little pricey for a one night stay midweek, but I wouldn't say it was super overpriced. It was worth it to me.

The breakfast was fair at best. Waffle machine a disaster. eggs and eggs sandwich hard & terrible. Beverages ok

We got a friendly welcome and an upgraded room. The room was spacious and quiet and the beds very comfortable. Blackout curtains were nice to avoid an early sunshine wakeup. Breakfast was okay, if a bit prepackaged.

The room cleanliness left something to be desired. The two wineglasses we used had to be thoroughly washed before use as they were coated with an unpleasant film. The bathroom was superficially clean but the corners the bathtub made with the floor at the faucet end were black and the inside of the floor near the door was obviously routinely missed when the floor was mopped. The bedlinens and towels etc. were fine. We didn't use anything else from the kitchen so can't comment on the rest of the contents.

Great location for what I needed. The room was clean and roomy.

There was nothing that I really didn't like but perhaps having a barking dog nearby was a little annoying but noe for long.

Breakfast was delicious location is perfect very friendly staff I loved it all I'll be back

Everything in the room was perfectly fine but the refrigerator could have been a little bit cleaner

The staff was terrific! They jumped to help us out and made a bad situation a very enjoyable experience!

The first night we arrived late and found the ac unit in the room was not working. We spent a lost sleepless night. I went to the front desk at 6am and told them the problem.By 8 o'clock we had a new room, a serious upgrade, it was a suite. The rest of the stay was great.

Overall the property was lovely. Our room and the common areas, as well as breakfast was really good

The heater was a bit noisy. Didn't bother us much but could be bothersome for some.

Breakfast was great. My mom was at UMass General so staying here was perfect to travel back and forth from the hospital.

It was very noisy. The people across from us were up until 3 a.m. slamming doors all night as well as talking loud and playing music all night.
