Extra 15 dollars for parking a night in a mostly empty parking lot.

Very close to WPI. Very updated modern Hampton Inn. Generous good breakfast.

Charging 15$ per night for parking in Worcester is kind of ridiculous.

Everything about the hotel itself was exceptional. Since the hotel is very new, cleanliness, comfort and modern amenities were excellent. Loved that there were ample plugs and USB ports for our electronics.

Check-in was awkward. The desk clerk had flagged our card as "declined" when it had already been charged to our Visa account. He did not seem to know why and eventually straightened it out on his end, but with NO explanation or comment. And of course our card worked when we had to pay for parking! The clerk was uncommunicative and not a particularly good first impression of a great hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful every morning! Always well stocked and with just about anything you would desire. I mean hot fresh food. Not just bagels and muffins. A real nice start to the day. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was divine! Bathroom was quite spacious (but with very dim lighting at the sink/vanity). The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to any request. This includes the wonderful breakfast staff.

Better lighting at the bathroom sink/vanity. Hot water sourced toilet water was quite strange and unusual to say the least.

The step was fantastic. Came in after 11 after a concert we were starving. Couldn’t find any place open came back to the hotel, started looking in their area to see if there is anything we could find to eat. Bruce at the front desk said ladies if you’re hungry, there’s places here that deliver till 2:30 in the morning gave us the menus and we were able to eat. Thank you, Bruce.

The parking lot is a little tight and the spots in the little small.

The hotel is dog-friendly, centrally located at a walking distance from the art museum (worth visiting!!!), has free parking. The rooms are spacious, clean, with very nice bath tub. Free parking.

The continental breakfast is really bad - both in terms of variety and quality- and undermines the image of the hotel. The fridge in the room was not working properly.

I wish all the hotels to be at the same high service level as Hampton Inn&Suites in Worcester!! Amazing place with beautiful and modern design,big and spacious room, pool area, 24-hour gim, polite and professional staff, tasty and varied options for breakfast!

Modern and clean

Having to pay for on-site parking. Was told it was $15 but got charged $20 assuming that included some type of hotel charge too. If you are worried about non hotel guests parking there, just give out free parking pass to display. Tow cars that don't belong there.

Everything about my stay was fine; the room was comfortable; the breakfast was very good, and the staff were very helpful.

The neighborhood is very noisy -- with a lot of drunken "locals" outside. It isn't an area anybody should walk around -- especially alone -- after dark.
