The rooms are great and the proximity to the concert venue was ideal. We’ve stayed there twice and will book again in the future.

Uno Pizzaria…. I checked their hours on Google prior to placing an online order. Their website said open until 11, Submitted my order at 9:46 so it would be ready when my daughter got back to the hotel from the concert. I got an email confirmation and my contact info was provided. I went down at 10:05 only to find out they were closing at 10 but the kitchen closed at 9:30. No one bothered to reach out to let me know. Luckily I found about place open late and they were quick to deliver.

The location is quite central to downtown Woostah. The DCU is next door, St. Vincent's Hospital is a block away, and there's a parking garage directly across the street, with discount rates offered to hotel guests. And for good measure, there's a Pizzeria Uno in the hotel. If ya love Chicago deep dish, then stay here. The continental breakfast is quite reasonably priced, as are the hot breakfasts made to order. There's a pool (I'm not sure if the spa tub is in working order) and an area for business clients in which to work away from their room. The lobby atmosphere is breezy. By that, I mean- it is spacious and open. It lends itself to the occasional annoying unsupervised child, but...hey. All in all, a good place to stay, if there ain't a Ritz Hotel around.

The WiFi 'seems' spotty at times. It might have been my tablet. My phone picked up the WiFi with no issue at all. Oh- the listed prices for items at the snack bar around the corner from the front desk don't exactly match the total on your bill, but...I won't quibble over an extra dollar here and there. I cribbed a couple extra bars of soap and a coffee pod or two, so we're even.

Getting stuck at the exit gate in the parking garage because the desk clerk didn't validate my parking ticket for my entire stay. (PS- this was not the first time this has happened. )❌️ Noisy kids at Uno's left to their own table with parents who didn't care to quiet them. ❌️ No other complaints.

We went to the College of the Holy Cross graduation ceremony. The parking pass and garage location was excellent. Breakfast was great. Front desk, cleaning and dining staff did an awesome job. Room and bath were clean and comfortable. Checking in/out went quickly and all my questions were answered. I would stay here again and would recommend this Hilton Garden Inn hotel to anyone looking to stay in Worcester MA.

The staff was polite. They helped us with anything we needed. The location was perfect as it was close to everything we needed in that area. It was walking distance to everything.

We didn’t like that our Tv was not working and had to call someone to fix it. There were limited channels and could not connect to Netflix. We also didn’t like that hotel guests left their trash outside their door. It devalues the hotel in my opinion.

The size of the room was great as well as the cleanliness of the room. I got in late and it was pretty seemless to check in and get into my room.

Parking was a bit more difficult and the staff at check in seemed very unphased by the fact that at 11pm a single woman had to walk from the public parking across the street … it was a little scary.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with every question and concern I had. They went to exceptional heights to meet the expectations of their guests, and did it in such a urgent and friendly way. The place itself was beautiful and was a lot bigger than I expected, and my room was just the perfect size. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Parking was a little expensive (added up to $25 for one night) but other than that, I don’t have any complaints.

Staff were extremely friendly. I do a lot of 1 or 2 night stays in hotels all around the country when driving to locations and most places are fine but I really felt welcomed here. Also appreciated the gym being available 24 hours (it wasn't extensive but it had enough to get by) and the bed was quite comfortable.

the pantry didn't offer a lot of choices for sale and parking is a bit of a pain but that's just a matter of being in a city. they validate but not for free

Friendly and courteous greeting. The entire staff was great during my stay.

Attach restaurant. Mostly bar food. Looked up their number online and it was out of service although the restaurant was obviously active. I got in later than expected and this was imconvenient.

The hotel room was very cozy and nice and clean with the good amenities I would expect to have including a fridge, microwave , coffee pot etc. Excellent location and helpful friendly staff. Parking was across the street in the garage but we were allowed to park in front of the hotel for as long as we needed to check in and unload our luggage etc. The breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom shower should have some safety bars otherwise it was clean and nice. Upon check in the staff should ask if our reservation includes breakfast (as ours did) so we can get the coupons before we go to the dining room the next morning. We had to inquire about it at the time of dining when told we had to pay for it. It was taken care of immediately by the front desk and we enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast experience once the reservation was checked.
