The oatmeal was terrible. Lol. Room was also very noisy

Room was a comfortable size and beds were comfortable. Loved the fire place in the lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very cosy atmosphere.

Having to request cleaning. I did request cleaning of bathroom everyday as we had 4 adults sharing. However, bathtub was not cleaned and was only cleaned on the last night, after having to complain at reception. However, it was a very busy time due to the FLL competition guests.

Very convenient to the highway, and restaurants. This hotel is always clean, comfortable beds and rooms. Having the ability to do laundry was very helpful this trip. Staff is always friendly.

The only slight inconvenience was we had to ask for room cleaning/towel exchange. It would be nice to have a couple bottles of water each day, and maybe even a snack in he lobby.

we 2 women were initially placed on 1st floor with a door connection to another room, and no hair-dryer. We looked at the room, and didn't feel comfortable. Was upgraded to top floor, balcony, with hairdryer.

Your Breakfast Woman was nice, but her English is too poor. 4 times I had to ask her to put my muffin in a bag, and she didn't seen to understand the word "bag" and kept offering to put it in a box. We had her both mornings. She is nice, tries to be helpful, but it was tiresome always repeating myself . Another spanish-speaking guy for dinner, repeat, repeat, repeat.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Loved a proper shower door in the bathroom rather than a curtain and enjoyed a drink in the bar/lounge area.

Cannot think of one single thing - might have been nice to have breakfast included?

Location was good. Plenty of parking. Noon checkout was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tiny gym which can’t handle more than two people at a time. Pool is slightly bigger than a hot tub. No free breakfast.

Check-in was slow. Desk person seemed a bit overwhelmed. Several people had to wait for keys. One of my key cards didn't work and he just kept saying he programmed it. After going back and forth a few time, we finally got another key.

The hotel lobby and our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The housekeeping staff members were very kind and friendly. So was the person who checked us in when we arrived.

The carpet in our room and the hallways was outdated and dark. I also noticed that the afternoon, front desk person was not particularly friendly or helpful when we passed through the lobby.

Very clean and recently remodeled-black out curtains allowed us to sleep in and out floor was very quiet
