The breakfast selections were very good. For the two mornings that I was there, I had the eggs/sausage with a nice biscuit on second day. I was thinking of having cereal, but went with the hot meal instead. After that, I would have some fruit. Also took yogurt/banana/scone to go, which I liked and really appreciated. The coffee was also VERY good!

The room was good, but it faced to the highway. The traffic noise was pretty much continual. I brought earplugs that did help at night. Also, a lot of noise from people slamming doors, which I think could be avoided if people were just more considerate. You dont't get that these days, it seems, unfortunately.

My stay would have been rated 10 except for the air conditioner in our room. It made loud noises --why do they not check them occasionally-- and the great variation between turning on and turning off in degrees. At 75 degrees it cools too much before shutting off and then does not come on until you are too warm. Also, very thin walls and therefore quite noisy.

Very nice and helpful staff! He noticed that the price we paid was more than their military discount so they switched our rate. Very generous! Also, their complimentary breakfast was fantastic. The room was also much larger than we were expecting. Plenty of space for our family. I will make a note to continue to book this hotel when traveling to Boston in the future.

Was very high end, comfortable and great food!

Maids did not come to take our dirty towels from our room and replace them with clean ones. Maybe my husband and I weren’t out of our room long enough for them to come in but I was quite surprised.

Comfortable modern space, breakfast, parking and easy access to surrounding areas.

Elevators and room smelled dirty perhaps due to heavy traffic of people on a holiday weekend. After holiday the smell subsided.

Just a note about my booking— I paid $10 extra per room for breakfast when all breakfasts were complimentary. Booking.com should have known this so that you don’t overcharge the customer (me). Clean room and nice big walk-in shower

Breakfast room needs to be rearranged for better flow. Juice dispenser is in the corner surrounded by the waffle makers and other food.

it was very accessible and clean

tried to watch a couple of TV shows and cable kept freezing up, like every 3-4 minutes. very annoying and staff was not interested in looking for a solution. they said it’s been an ongoing issue and a technician was scheduled to come out next Monday to look at it
