We had breakfast at the hotel on one morning and it was excellent! Free coffee in the lobby at all times was appreciated. The hotel location is perfect. No noise inside even if the hotel is right next to Hwy-93. The double-king-bed room is a perfect size for 2 adults. Everything, from furniture to rugs, beds and bathrooms were impeccably cleaned. Having some luggage to carry inside, the multiple entrances at different ends of the hotel were very convenient. Parking is quite large.

The only complaint, and really it is the only one, would be that the Air Conditioning was a tiny bit too noisy. But other than that, everything was perfect!

Clean rooms, and great customer service from the gentleman who checked us in, and he provided exceptional service. Decent parking is available. Clean hallways, outdoors, indoors, no overflow of trash observed. Extra towels available at request. Indoor pool appeared clean. The kids enjoyed their stay. Money well spent!

No continental breakfast is included for the price. The hot tub in pool area was a little murky. No towels available for pool area. Room smelled like strong smoke odor near the balcony door. Needed trash bags for cans in room. Lady who attended front desk had no smile and was pretty cold when asked general questions. Key cards were hit or miss for functionality with opening doors. Entry ways could use a little more light in back of building. Bulbs needed replacing.

We arrived around 1:30 and we were able to check in early. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy the pool and hot tub by ourselves for over an hour which was great. The pool was well maintained and clean.The staff was very friendly and even found us a microwave for the room. I thought being so close to the highway would have been a problem but if you close your eyes it sounds like the ocean. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom lighting was very dim and the vending machines only had beverages. The cable tv didn't have any info so couldn't tell what we were watching.

it was very clean and the pillows were great. most hotel pillows end up being too floppy and flat when you squish the air out of them. the provided toiletries in the shower were very nice too.

there’s not many places to put things in the shower, likes razors or other toiletries if you aren’t using the ones provided. there’s only a small triangle shelf in one corner. there also needs to be a bar or hook to hang a wash cloth.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great, had a very nice workout room. The room was very spacious and the bathroom also was a good size. Loved the complimentary cookies!

Feel like for the price of the room breakfast should have been included and not separate. Location didn’t really have a lot of restaurants or things to do close by

EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A RESTAURANT WE DID NOT USE IT. WE HAD PLANS WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF FAMILY. THEY HAVE A LOUNGE WERE WE MET. I THINK YOU CAN ORDER FOOD /SNACKS , COFFEE IN THE LOBBY ALL THE TIME. VERY CLEAN VERY FRIENDLY. RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY. BIG RESTAURANT ACROSS THE HIGHWAY 3 MIN DRIVE TO IT

This hotel was centrally located to some vacation plans, so it worked out well. The hotel was busy but it was mostly very quiet. Such comfortable beds.

On the second night there, there was a loud sawing noise. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from until it happened again — it was in the hallway. A woman across the hall was talking to hotel staff about it, and he said they were doing some electrical work on the first floor that we were hearing — at 9:45 pm. Very strange time for it.

My husband & I traveled from NH for our daughter's funeral. This hotel had everything & more we were looking for while we were in the area. Location, comfort.. The staff were so friendly & not knowing our situation. We definitely will stay again or at any other locations if we are traveling.

It was very clean, we saw staff cleaning elevators a number of times. The hotel is big and the staff was friendly and attentive. The lobby is very beautiful. We went to the Character’s restaurant the food was great. The restaurant had pool tables which was nice and excellent seating areas. The pool was nice and the jacuzzi was nice. Plenty of towels in the rooms and the pool area. The room was excellent! Very spacious and clean.

The pool area was very cold. the pool water could have been warmer considering the cold temperature around the pool area. The jacuzzi water temperature was excellent but very crowded because the pool water was not warm enough. The pool towels were so thin and tiny we had to use 3 just for 1 person.
