My favorite hotel so far and I’ve been at like 10 over the past two months. It really felt like home. The staff are amazing, the guy that works over nights deserves a raise I’ve never met someone more accommodating, usually people working over night are not happy but he really went the extra mile making me feel welcome even at 3am. So did the two women working the desk. I really couldn’t have been more happy with my stay and I stayed at a sister hotel to this place the night before, but it didn’t feel like home like this place.

Location was perfect as it was right off the highway. Gas station with good supplies right in front of the Hotel. Also a restaurant and a fast food place in walking distance. Beds the most comfortable ever at a Hotel!!! Would be perfect for a long stay as kitchen has a full fridge, sink and even a dishwasher! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom so perfect for 2 couples travelling together. Food in the buffet was good.

Weather wasn't the best so never got to try out the pool.

Didn't end up having breakfast until we were leaving and just grabbed coffee and pastries to go.

The communications about housekeeping were confusing. The published version was that there would be no weekend service when there actually was on Saturday. As we had brought our dog, there was supposed to be a magnet to indicate that we had left him in the room, but there wasn't.

Breakfast was great, Our room was clean and nice. Dog friendly and our ENglish Mastiff enjoyed staying with us.

No parking when we arrived because another guest threw a whole party in their room. There were so many people showing up to this party and taking up all the parking spaces, and the amazing smell of weed that engulfed your sould as you tried to get to your room.

The breakfast was well organized. The women working there are truly awesome.

They ran out of coffee but that's likely a distributor issue. Again, the staff working the breakfast area were on it - they made small coffee pots of the coffee that is provided to the rooms. They then went around pouring coffee for everyone in the dining room. The pool and hot tub were closed for the season. I don't remember reading that this with be the case so that was a bummer.

Property was very home like. Compound is very clean and outside the building looks really great. Staff were very fantastic, friendly and amazingly amiable. The breakfast staff and house keepers too.

The inside was not as great as outside. Some of the cabinets were coming loose and the sliding doors to bedroom was constantly jamming. Toaster oven was working off and on.

The space was exactly what we needed for our two teen/pre-teen children and ourselves. They had space to spread out. The kitchen and refrigerator was great. We loved all the amentities like the sport court, pool, grills, breakfast.

The room was a little dated and furniture was showing some wear. I had a nightstand that had a drawer that was constantly falling open. To go to the pool, you had to talk to the front desk to get a key and the pool closed early, at 8pm. The hot tub wasn't really hot.

The breakfast was awesome! Thank you to Judy who was excellent keeping the breakfast bar clean and stocked and with a smile on her face. She was always extremely helpful.

Toilet leaked and the laundry room smelled like mold (in the washers)

Clean, comfortable! Room was well designed, and well maintained! The bed/mattress was extremely comfortable. Entry door faces an outside courtyard, so there were no yucky hall carpet smells. AC, and TV were easy to use and worked well. Kitchen was well planned. This is a well-maintained hotel.

They charged my account, then I asked to pay cash and it took a few days to be reimbursed, not a big deal really.

I stayed in king suite and it was just perfect. The kitchen was bigger than I thought and the bedroom was separated. It felt like a comfy apartment and not a hotel. It was also very inexpensive and had an outdoor pool that I used. Great value.

I wish it had a bar/restaurant or a much wider selection in their store.
