Very nice rooms. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is difficult to locate and access. I arrived at night and drove past it twice. GPS did not help. That said, my only real issue with the stay was that the elevators were a significant issue. One was inoperable the entire stay. The other one ran extremely slow. We were on the 4th floor. The operational elevator stopped working on the morning we left. My 90 year-old father had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. Thankfully, he made it down okay, but the elevators were a significant problem.

Nice breakfast with many options. Juice coffee and a nice variety of foods. Open at 6 am for ease of early departures. Overall good value and glad we stayed here.

Toilet was low rider with high water level for nice sack cleaning when sitting. Tall boy toilet would have been a help or lower water level. The TV cable feed was snowy at times but worked fairly well when I needed to watch the TV.

Great breakfast, room, bathroom, bed.

A truck pulled up at 5:00 am and there was very loud talking going on, continued for about 15 minutes. Not sure if there may have been a delivery person? Also, loud patrons on the next night, yelling sounded like a rowdy group. Thankfully it lasted for a short period. Lastly, we were thrown off in the directions that take you to the entrance of Dunkin Donuts. The sign is so small for HI that we went by twice. We finally figured out that the entrance is the same as Dunkin Donuts entrance. You need a much bigger sign and arrows pointing to the main entrance.

Room was spacious, the bathroom was clean. The hot breakfast was adequate and tasty.

The HVAC thermostat did not adjust incrementally by 1 degree causing us to hit or miss on the desired temperature. Each time you wanted to adjust the temperature, the thermostat would jump several degrees at a time making it very difficult to select the proper temperature. There was some negligible mold at the bottom of the shower doors.

This hotel was very clean & a good value for the area. The breakfast had great choices & was clean & well organized. He room was spacious & the shower had excellent water pressure. We would highly recommend & are planning on staying at other Holiday Inn Express hotels based on this facility.

Breakfast was great! Nice hot choices, which we appreciated given that many hotels are still using the COVID excuse to avoid doing anything but minimal grab & go options. Hotel was clean. Parking was plentiful. Super convenient for event at Lawrence High School Veterans Stadium.

Access to the property was strange, since you essentially cut through a closed Friendly's restaurant and a Dunkin parking lot to get back to the building. One of the 2 elevators had some issues with vibration and some extended wait times for the doors to open. Ice machine on our floor was broken, but there were machines on every floor, so not a big deal.

Very friendly staff. Great amenities. Great breakfast. Clean property.

Some times guests think that because they are staying at the hotel it’s their right to hangout in front of the lobby drinking beer as if the common area is part of the space they booked. Good thing that the manager on duty acted very quickly and called the cops so they can remind the idiots that they can’t do that. Other than that great place to stay very comfy would stay again.

Clean and friendly We had extremely noisy people next door. They woke all four or us up as they were shouting obscenities and making a huge racket. We called the front desk staff around 4am, who said they had already had multiple complaints about the people. We could hear the staff talking to the people in the room twice (at the least). I think they made them leave or else move to a different room, as it became very quiet after the second (or 3rd?) visit. It was not the staff’s fault how noisy the people were. I really appreciate how they handled the situation. We did not get much sleep that night, but they took quick action on behalf of the multiple people awakened by the rude guests. I know it wasn’t pleasant to confront such rude and angry people, but everyone on the hall appreciated it.

Weird entrance to hotel-could use a larger sign

The cleanliness at the hotel. The catering staff, kept on refilling the food at time of breakfast. The quality of the breakfast served was very good.

The location, as you need to keep driving around to exit the hotel and go to the mall just next to it.

Breakfast was good and it is hard to find the entrance of the hotel. A better signage outside the hotel will help.

The airconditioner in the room was quite noisy.
