The pool and grounds were very nice. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There are very clean and well-maintained common areas for groups. It is nice to have a hotel of this size with these amenities that is not a chain.

Not hotel's fault: Do not use the bike shares out front. Horribly, not maintained at all - my first bike was broken, and I rented it with 2 others, and could not put just one away, so had to pay for four bikes, one of which was parked and broken. Generally assessing the bikes, the tires were low and chains rusty. I spent less renting a premium bike from shop for four hours than I did renting a broken bike for 65 minutes. The bikes are not operated by the hotel but they should not have them on their property. Just a warning to future guests.

Location was right at the point where it wasn’t too long to walk into town. It took us about 30 mins, but we also enjoyed renting a scooter for 10 mins to get us back to the hotel ($~6.00 if you drive slowly), and taking the complimentary shuttle from the hotel when it was running from 3-9 pm. There’s also a city bus that gets you into town that runs until 1 am for $2pp. Driving in can be a bit treacherous because the street is narrow and filled with people, but parking in the lot is $4/hour. Plenty of ways to get where you need to go. We went into town every night, since there was so much to do (shows, bars, dinner, shopping, galleries, history of sex museum, etc). We frequented Rosie’s, because my daughter loved their nachos, but also found some equally delicious Chinese food off the main street. The property at the hotel is very well maintained. The pictures are exactly what you see. The rooms are not carpeted, but having lived in a house on the beach, the carpet quickly becomes a musty sand trap. You’d rather have concrete under your feet. WiFi, internet, and TV worked fine. The pool area is clean: there’s plenty of seating, including two hammocks, and club chairs around the 2 fire pits. When the weather was either rainy or cold, we enjoyed playing Jenga, ping pong and billiards in the rec room, or reading in the lobby, where you can purchase snacks or have complimentary tea and coffee. The bay is 10 steps from the property. You have to cross Commercial Street but you can either walk over some rocks or there are access points (stairs) with lounge chairs. At low tide I was able to walk far out on the beach and spot the most remarkable scallop shells. Wading in the warm water was tranquil.

I truly cannot complain about anything. I suppose I would’ve liked breakfast for the price, but how do you manage that when you’re short staffed?! Maybe when this country goes back to work, they will offer that. 👍🏼

We liked the beautiful view and location. It was close to Truro and Provincetown for restaurants and activities.

We arrived to a room that was not clean unfortunately. The beds were made but there was left over food and drinks on the fridge and snacks near the bed area. We had to go back to the reception to get another room that was ready and clean. It was a little disturbing.

The grounds of the hotel are excellent. The beach is right across the street. The hotel has a beautiful pool that is heated along with an outdoor bar/grill. There are also hammocks, games, and a fire pit.

The room was not ready at 4:00, not only for myself but other guests also had this issue. The man at the desk stated they had a lot of people leaving the night before and that day. I did not find that to be an acceptable reason the room was not ready. Also the lobby has a beautiful bar but we were told it was not a working bar. That was disappointing.

the staff was very friendly and responsive. the facilities - the pool, lawn games, tiki bar, fire pits were all phenomenal. the location was perfect, you could even walk into town!

the bathrooms were small. the water pressure was not great. the beds were decently comfortable but not as firm as I would have liked. loved the free coffee but it would have been nice to be able to access it earlier (8:30 or one time at 8:15 was not early enough for us!).

We loved our stay at Harbor Hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing.

The restaurant was closed, but we walked/drove downtown every day for our food, there are plenty of great places to eat downtown. The kids loved the snack bar and continental breakfast at the front desk. There is not a complimentary shuttle to take you downtown, but we either walked (Quick 1.5 miles) or drove and found all day parking in certain lots for a flat fee. We missed the cabana bar as it was closed by the time we got home every night.

Prices comparable to other hotels area during special occasions Staff pleasant, professional & try to accommodate special requests. Although I did not use, I like option to pay $20 extra to stay 2 hrs later to extend check out. Nice, large pool and other on-site features we didn't use as we were booked with plans. Right across from harbor with stunning views Room was clean with comfortable beds.

The pool and pool's bar/restaurant were so fun and convenient, plus the food & drinks were tasty. The room size was sufficient for me, and was perfectly comfortable.

The hotel is a long walk (approx 30+ min), or a quick trip via taxi/Uber, to downtown Provincetown. In the late afternoons/early evenings, there is a hotel shuttle to downtown Provincetown. I don't believe the shuttle offers a return trip back to the hotel, but it's possible they just weren't offering that while I stayed there.

the pool and public area were very nice

the sockets are placed in areas we don’t usually use, which makes charging somewhat inconvenient. I also think that if it’s a busy weekend and you’re charging premium price, there are small things a hotel can do to dial up on customer service. iThings like putting a stopper in the bathroom sink to prevent the flies, or a plug-in to kill the insects in the bathroom, or make sure their handouts are actually factual (ie there are no complementary shuttles on the weekend)

The room was a good size and it was comfortable and extremely clean (I'm a neat freak) and the beds were very comfy. The weather was chilly but the heater worked very well. There was a small fridge in the room and they had a fancy coffee maker and we had a nice private balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Our dog was able to stay with us which is key and he could come out onto the balcony and chill with us. Some hotels only have those little short tables outside but this was regular height so you could play cards or eat outside if you wanted to. There is a beach right across the street - you can just walk across the street to the beach. Also, it is very close to the main highway / road. They have a shuttle into town which is great but we didn't use it. The hotel staff is very friendly.

There were a few minor issues - we had problems flushing the toilet and the drain stopper didn't work so I had to shower rather than take a bath. I prefer to take a bath than shower because it is mor relaxing for me. I wished there was a small microwave in the room to heat up some leftovers we had.
