Great and friendly staff. Always there to help and give suggestions. Pre-ordering of hot breakfast options and pastries the day before is a great idea and really worked and other continental breakfast options and coffee were also available each morning. Good location, walking distance to Commercial Street and a few great restaurants. Bicycle rental place just down the road. Had a great time and would book again.

Sockets not all easily accessible. Some older furnishings could be modernised, perhaps no carpets. But would stay again.

The location was amazing, the rooms were quite spacious and the breakfast was great. I also liked that everybody had a separate entrance to their room. The garden and pool area was beautiful and I loved to just sit there and read. Also my boyfriend wanted to send me flowers. One of the staff members went and got them, and even wrote a cart with the text my boyfriend provided. The staff is so lovely!

We couldn't take a bath as the bathtub wouldn't shut properly. Apart from that, it was amazing.

The staff was amazing...friendly, authentic, happy to be there, helpful...can't say enough about how welcome everyone made us feel. The property is quiet, tranquil, relaxing and simply beautiful...an oasis in the midst of hectic P-Town. Rooms are clean and cared for. The grounds "manager" (not sure of the proper title) carries peanuts in her pocket to feed the squirrels, and seeds for the birds, and....how amazing is that!

Hard to say that there was anything we didn't like. At most I would say the hotel is a bit dated...but super clean and you can see the care that goes into the property. I would have enjoyed a microwave in the room...but no big deal!!! My only fear is that some big conglomerate will take over the property and build private homes...hope this never happens.

The staff were Amazing! Every single one of them. The British lady makes THE best cookies! This should be 5 star. The rooms are great, the pool was awesome! There’s lots of little extras that make it so great such as the free cookies and cake; the breakfast, golf buggy that takes you into town. It feels like a family resort even the grounds gardener is awesome! We will be back! 💞🕺🏿❤️‍🔥

We liked everything

The location was perfect, very close to Commercial Street where most of the shops are located and a 3 minute drive to the beach. The shower was a great size and the bed, while a little firm, was better than most hotel beds I've tried. The pillows were amazing! The pool was warm and clean and the staff was happy to help when asked. There was a fire pit surround by gardens and we saw two bunnies who lived in the bushes. Breakfast was tasteful and consisted of your choice of cereal, hard boiled eggs, and fruit, and then you could order a warm pastry or quiche. Their tea and coffee selection was wonderful. Compared to the pricing of the surrounding inns it was very affordable and very much worth the price!

The room was spacious and cozy and was nice and warm when I arrived on a cold day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and it was great to be able to walk into downtown P'town in just a few minutes.

I was disappointed to see how much waste is produced at the hotel breakfast. Everything is in disposable packaging, most of it plastic. Even the cups and plates are disposable. Not very good for the environment. I also found the online breakfast ordering system very confusing and hard to use.

Pat & team made us feel super welcome. The property is motel-style but with beautiful gardens in the middle and a great pool. Easy walk or cycle into PTown center, ample parking.

Breakfast is a bit quirky (there is no restaurant, one picks up items and eats in the room or at some tables outside), but still good to have and, again, staff are lovely. Rooms can feel a bit dated but well taken care off.

It was beautiful, clean & quietly set up above town. The baked goods were fabulous and he breakfast was well done. They made a gluten free frittata for me that was delicious and my husband had the quiche- which was also very good! We swam in the clean saltwater pool even though it was chilly because it was so inviting!

The room was very clean, there was plenty of parking, and the staff was great. Free hot breakfast is also a huge plus. The location is also desirable.

Although I am not disabled, I am dismayed that this property does not have any handicap or disability-accessible rooms. It's unfortunate that someone with a physical disability is automatically written off from staying here due to lack of accessibility.

Comfortable, cozy, clean, quiet, large room. Did not use pool due to cooler weather; however nice option. Check in easy. Mike at front desk friendly and helpful, easy check in. Room was clean & Verona kept the room tidy. It was a great value for a beautiful, pleasant stay.

Shuttle not running during stay. Did walk most of time to town except when in rush. It would be nice to have a safe in room. Spa was not operating so did not use.
