Love the location and tons of old world charm. Literally in the middle of everything. Great value. Exceptionally clean. Love that they allow dogs. The front porch was a lovely scene. Would consider staying here again.

The rooms were pretty no frills and could use some updating especially the pillows and bathroom (ours was not connected to our room,) but for the price and location it was perfectly fine.

Beautiful old house in an incredible spot in P-Town. We met owner Paul who was very friendly and the check in process was very smooth. we had the front suite which has lovely views, plus it’s own private terrace and giant king bed. Small bathroom but perfect for what we needed. Room has it’s own fridge and we were welcome to use the front garden fire pit and outdoor sofas which was great for sunset with a glass of wine. Help yourself breakfast was easy and tasty. We want to come back to P-Town and would definitely try stay here in the exact room again - just wish we had longer there!

Personal (and probably British) preference for a kettle in our room to make tea.

Everyone, both staff and other guests were very happy friendly and warm. It was easy to meet and chat with everyone in the house as well as outside where the location is perfect! Will definitely stay at The Prince Albert guest house again in the future! Very Satisfied Guests

It was our first time at Prince Albert and were not disappointed at all. Right from the beginning the communication went well. Paul gave us the right information for arriving and parking and even coordinated that same day to make sure our check in would go smooth. He also checked with us a couple of times during our stay even tough he had his hands full with some prepping for spring/summer in the place. We went off season, so the place and area was quite, which is what we wanted; but if we could go again in the summer it would be wonderful to hang out in the lovely front and back patios. The rooms were very spacious, the bathrooms pretty modern and the bed was very comfy! We loved having a mini-fridge in the room and the fact that we could go down to get ice and coffee during the day.

Although the space has plenty of relaxing areas outside; we kind of wished there was a lounge-living area for those rainy days inside. Just a wish; as we truly enjoyed our stay!

Clean and quiet and a great location!

I'm old fashioned, I expect a friendly gay man or couple running a bed and breakfast in PTown. I assumed someone named Paul would be there to greet me, I texted the number on the sign but got no response. Someone did eventually assist me, he was kind and helpful. The house is beautiful but has a motel feel. I would stay again, definitely. I just expected more of a B&B and got a pretty motel.

We throughly enjoyed the location, the cleanliness, the attentiveness of the staff, LOVED gathering on the front porch and meeting other guests, and thought it was a great value for all of the above. And thank you for stopping by to meet us Paul!

The house is so beautiful, clean elegant and comfortable. our room had such a nice vibe too we felt at home all week. The breakfast and ongoing coffee and hot drink assortment with this huge keurog coffee maker was amazing. Paul the owner is there all the time with his smart and affection puppy doodle dog Ruby. Paul is an attentive host always making sure you have what you need. The house is right in the middle of town where the action is :-) you can also walk right across the st onto the bay. i highly recommend and will definitely be returning next year !!

honestly I can’t really think of anything it was that good.

The hotel was amazing! Right on the main strip of all of the bars and restaurants! We got engaged here and the owner went to the next level to make sure it was amazing ! Prosecco and flowers galore! Would highly recommend!!!

Couldn't beat the location, walking distance to everything. Facilities were nice being it was a historical building.

Not much to complain about...possibly a mild funky smell, either old building or the pine sol they used to clean with.

We had a great weekend ... really enjoyed the property. It exceeded our expectations! Everything we needed (and some things we didn't) were all within walking distance! We'll absolutely stay here again on our next visit to P-Town!
