The location was perfectly in the centre of provincetown a short walk away from the ferry pier. We really liked the breakfast room and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The particular room we booked had a very compact bathroom with a sink in the main room which was slightly inconvenient when getting ready. It could benefit from darker blinds on the main window as well to block out the sunlight. Overall though the room was perfectly comfortable, clean and a fine base for 2 nights.

The hotel could not be any more centrally located - it’s about a block way from Commercial Street. The property management we’re extremely accommodating, and frequently texted with updates - and also reached out beforehand.

The rooms were a bit outdated and definitely could have had more hot water (there was an issue while there that was resolved, but still could have definitely been hotter. The grounds were well manicured but could have benefitted from a hot tub.

Breakfast was a treat for our three day stay - loved the egg scrambles, a different one each day - plus fresh fruit, coffee - all in the comfortable dining room (with an outside dining option). Staff aimed to please, and did, 'spot-on.' Each member of the staff was especially kind: for example, hauled luggage up, and later, back down from the second floor. Makes me smile to think of the endless courtesies extended to us . . .

Parking lot is not adjacent to Gabriel's, but parking was included in the Booking.com room rate, and Karen, on-staff, offered me a ride in Gabriel's EV to pick up my car at the end of our stay: gracious staff! (One spot next to the hotel permits check-in/out loading of your gear.) Note: if you have to pay for parking, buy a pass from Gabriel's - it's about half the Ptown going-rate.

Loved the cottage feeling of having our own little apartment with our own shared patio with all the other guests. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, and therefore not able to share about that. It was nice to have coffee making options both in the apartment and the reception. The host was a sweet young woman and very welcoming. It was sweet to see some other members of the staff working around while their children got to play in the patio. Kudos to Gabriel’s for innovative ways of creating and welcoming working class diversity in town. I especially recommend the place for trips with large family and big circle of friends. Everyone can have their own little space while having plenty of time to gather for breakfast or catch up in the center patio…just two minutes away from the crowds in Commercial Street! We would love to come and visit again.

Maybe add a few more glasses and mugs? The kitchen is pretty well equipped but those items were limited, at least in our kitchen.

In the heart of everything, lies this beautiful hotel. The courtyard is beautiful, I'd like to experience it in warmer weather. Our room was the Katherine Hepburn room. It has a beautiful gas burner that was lit and ready for us. A kitchenette which was a nice surprise and a beautiful bathroom with jet stream bath. Spotlessly clean and colourful. Self check-in and check-out which is great. I will definitely stay for longer next time and experience more of Provincetown.

The location in the historic center was A-plus, and the courtyard was delightful!

Tho we were happy to have a kitchen, the studio was so tiny we couldn't have prepared any food or eaten inside, and had barely enough room for our 2 suitcases. (We did enjoy eating in the courtyard, though!) Would have preferred blackout curtains for better sleeping, and fresh fruit at breakfast. Also, a safety concern: the wooden walkways in the courtyard have a lot of steps, some of them unmarked. The first time I walked through, I fell and bruised myself, but fortunately didn't get hurt worse.

Location was tucked behind the town hall on main street so it was quiet but still close to the hubbub and central to everything. The rooms were large and there was even a second bathroom we weren't expecting. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the Ariel is incredible. The Michael was larger than we were expecting and the kitchen was well stocked. The garden in the center is delightful and we all loved this hotel as a base for a holiday weekend.

Having browsed many properties on-line I booked Gabriel's. I considered it expensive however it appeared that most properties within walking distance to the center were priced similarly. For the same price though other properties didn't have the great breakfast reviews so I figured I might as well get a good breakfast to go along with that price. And the reviews were correct. The breakfast is fantastic. And the little sitting area outside is serene. The mattress was comfortable. I would stay here again.

absolutely beautiful property. Our room was so clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. I was so impressed with the little touches everywhere. It is obvious that the owners put a lot of love and energy into this hotel.

The only thing that I can think of is that I wish there was a bigger space to park quickly to drop off the bags and then park the car in the assigned lot around the corner.

It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The free breakfast was an added bonus! The food was very good! More than we expected.

I wasn’t too comfortable with the way the doors locked. It seemed not secure enough for me. I would be afraid at night if I were there alone.
