Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean!, large comfortable room. Great, fun place to stay while visiting son at Amherst. Easy access to all amenities, food, shopping around the corner and across the street (but the hotel feels apart from the action in a good way). Very quiet. We did not hear a peep in our room.

A great breakfast is always a perk! On our 1st day the coffee was pretty good, the eggs and ham were excellent and then there is the yogurt, oatmeal, waffles etc. The 2nd day, the coffee was watery, the eggs were tasteless, the mushrooms looked great, but were tasteless and also watery and the oatmeal was runny. Yech! But on the last day, all good. The coffee was excellent! We really value good coffee. The eggs were actually seasoned, bacon crisp and not over cooked. Shaved almonds to add to the oatmeal was a plus. Tasty protein for the day. I would say that the Saturday person (day 2) needs a little coaching and encouragement.

My sister and I stayed at this Homewood the Christmas before the Pandemic so we knew the hotel. We initially were very impressed by the size of the kitchen and living area during that stay. However, this stay, the living area was way smaller than the bedroom. We would have liked it to be bigger. The breakfast was awesome and the coffee was the best EVER. Check-in and check-out were facilitated by nice people who made everything easy. Housekeeping was immediate in our request for more pillows (I have a bad back and needed to be propped up in bed). The bed was somewhat hard but comfortable.

The size of the living area was small and the couch was a little too worn. It wouldn't stop us from staying there again. We wish the lamp in the bedroom was hooked up to a central switch.

great location, convenient to have a full small kitchen in the room, free breakfast, nice decor in the rooms. Also, we were lucky to have a beautiful view of a meadow and woods out our window.

we had little kids but we’re given a room that was shower only (no tub). we were in a king suite which was spacious and comfy but the bed itself wasn’t very comfortable. there was an issue with the circuit breaker turning off fir one area of the room (though we could fix directly from the breaker in the room).

Comfortable, well-planned suites, everything one needs to rest and relax! A great breakfast, exercise room too. The staff is friendly. We were staying for a second time.

A bit hard to find among the parking lots and stores, but the back rooms look out on forest. Hilton's Internet system is hard to access, Just use the work space in the lobby.

The room was perfect and spotless. We had two adults and three kids and it was just right. Had a stove, full fridge, and lots of space. It was nice having a pool and breakfast available. The hotel appeared to be in great condition and have to applaud the staff on how clean it was.

Breakfast hours changed, I didn't remember the exact hours that were told to me during check in, so I checked the book that is in the room. Went down for breakfast and it was long gone. Then we made sure we made it the next day with lots of time, but had to direct staff on what needed to be refilled, loom for it in the cupboards ourselves, or just went without. Pool is not heated and had to ask for towels every time the kids used it. Couldn't figure out why there's a full fridge but a bathroom size garbage in the kitchen. Pretty sure there was a Richard Simmons video taping in the room above mine at 6am, but nothing the hotel could probably have done about that.

The room was extremely spacious and clean. Location is in a retail area with many stores and casual restaurants. The kitchen had a full size fridge. We brought our own supplies for breakfast.

The breakfast was not very good. Thank goodness we could stock our room with supplies.

Great location, quiet & clean. Also the room was a great size for a family of 3

No water station or bottled water given. Some hotels also give cookies during arrival.

Quick access to UMass. Shops nearby for picking up stuff we forgot to pack. Breakfast was good. Enough room to work or hang out in room comfortably.

Not much sound proofing between rooms. Could hear family next door trying to sooth their toddler.

Spacious apartment rooms, very clean and well-stocked, friendly staff.

Located in the middle of nowhere, breakfast was…underwhelming. So best bring your own food and prepare it in the apartment kitchen. Also they allow pets.

The hotel was easy to get to and the room was spacious, well appointed, modern and very comfortable.

The wifi signal was terrible. We weren't able to connect our laptops until the morning we were leaving, making it difficult to get work done.
