comfortable bed and linens; air conditioning operating very well; sufficient towels, small refrigerator and microwave, plus small coffee maker. #201 was spacious and handicapped accessible, right by the elevator, so a short trip from Check in to elevator to room. washer and drier located just around the corner, very convenient.

higher edge on the tub: a bit of a step up into or down out of the tub. but grab bars in tub most appreciated, also “telephone” shower nozzle is convenient.

I liked the friendliness of the front desk people. I liked the breakfast and I liked the pool. I liked the room but I didn’t like the location of my room, but I didn’t say anything. It was a long walk and I didn’t like being near the door that people smoked near.

See above and I didn’t like the blankets and bedspreads. They felt old and poor quality.

Everyone that works there was so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. Location was convenient. Great value . Breakfast in the morning was an added bonus that I wasn’t aware of but coffee was great as was the selection of breakfast snacks and cleanliness. Thanks

Location was perfect

While the windows cut out the noise from the outside very well, inside the soundproofing is minimal which meant that we heard the neighbor snoring.

beds were extremely comfortable and room clean and neat

bathroom shows mold everywhere on ceiling and along wallpaper edges breakfast didn’t include oatmeal as cereal choice as in most breakfast choices

Staff were professional and accommodating. Room was clean and sanitized. Bed was extremely comfortable. Linens were clean no stains.

shower pressure was a bit low and the temperature could’ve been about 10 degrees hotter

Met all the criteria when traveling a lot on the road: quiet room, comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff, convenient parking, hot water for showers, very close to shopping and restaurants, and a fair price.

No hot breakfast due to Covid restrictions.

Not a luxurious hotel but for a reasonable room it was fine. We stayed there for the location and price.
