The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean, the breakfast was great, the room was quiet and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and the area was safe. If you are traveling and need a place to lay your head, have peace of mind and not break the bank, this is a great option.

Rust in the tub and the hotel is in need of some routine maintenance/upkeep however by no means is there anything incredibly wrong or out of the ordinary with the hotel, just needs a little love.

The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The staff even managment was amazing. The only reason I tt managment was because I put a bag in dumpster. It was stuff from room that we used microwave to cook. Burnt popcorn, lol ! They care about there visitors & through that I met another Christian friend. Was a perfect ending to our last night there. Staff was pleasant & took time to speak to you which you seldom find.

Wasn't that I didn't like anything but because my husband and myself have problems with our knees next time we will ask for 1st floor . We didn't have any long walks and that was my mistake not theres . We made reservations last minute so we took what was available. I should have called hotel directly.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Alex checked us in, gave us all the information we needed, as well as the amenities and things to do. Later, Carmen checked back to see if we were comfortable and needed anything further. Amazing and super nice people.

If there had been a restaurant or lunch bar, food service, I probably wouldn't have gone out at all.

Carmen checked me into the hotel during a very busy Saturday afternoon. She was kind, courteous and very helpful. She followed up to ask if my room was ok. And kindly answered questions. The housekeeping manager was amazing as she ensured the rooms were ready for the guests. All staff was efficient and friendly and helpful.

The rooms were exactly what I expected when I made my reservation. They were clean and they were stocked with everything we needed to settle in. I loved how well supplied the bathroom essentials like shampoo, body wash, and soap was. The complimentary breakfast was great and the staff made sure to keep the options supplied. The staff also made sure we knew what other amenities they could offer. We arrived fairly late in the night but the main desk was staffed and they were friendly and quick to get us settled in.

The doors were a little hard to open. The door handles were hard to turn and took a few tries to open the room.

The team at the front desk, especially Ali, were awesome! She checked in with us regularly and took care of any requests happily and quickly. Especially grateful that she was able to get our 3 rooms side by side.

Breakfast staff was "not present" and in her headphones. Very unhelpful, not attentive to the buffet and didn't seem to care. Ran out of several items over the three days we were there. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The property is showing some signs of age (backed up sink, slow draining tub, rust on the tub).

staff was very friendly! this is the 2nd time my boyfriend and I stayed there just to relax for a night and just escape life. We will be back once we figure out when. the rooms give a home like comfort and it near every thing we like to go out and do.

The only small minor thing was there was no soap in the bathroom for the sink. Nothing major I just went down to front desk and got the soap. the lady at the desk was very professional and apologized for the mishap. I told her it happens. and no worries!

The breakfast had a lot of variety and tasty healthy choices. The hotel was close to our venue and to other businesses such as a restaurant and grocery store that we needed.

My husband is disabled and the write up for the hotel mentioned a shower but it ended up being a tub. He couldn’t shower which was disappointing. Otherwise we we close to the elevator in the lobby and on our floor.

Carmen at the front desk is amazing. Every single time we stay (1-2 times a year) she’s there with a smile and always checks in via text to make sure our stay is wonderful.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast with several choices. Great coffee and awesome and very helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

The hotel is a little worn down. It looks and feels old, and a little overpriced for the quality and/or location. Would return anyway!
