We stay here when we visit family. It's clean! It's budget friendly and our dogs are always welcomed. We have found overlooked surfaces by the cleaning staff on previous stays, the front desk provided cleaning wipes after I declined room service, no big deal. They work hard to keep it nice and affordable!

The parking lot often gets overlooked or maybe it's that people are just constantly littering, not sure, but each time we walk the dogs around the property we find the parking lot littered - it's sad people come to a nice hotel and trash up the parking lot.

Shower faucet handle is little loose but functional. Room layout ok, but could use more shelves vs. giant beds, bathroom door annoyingly large (understand it may be for ADA), so to keep from having to open-close the big door 100 times in the morning I just prop it open.

Breakfast could have more hot options - like eggs, pancakes, waffles, stuff like that. Perpetually on lights in the parking lot are annoying (Understand it's for safety) but I just keep my blinds closed the whole time.

The room was clean, and bed comfortable. Everything was wonderful, better then the last 3 hotels I stayed at. I actually booked for another 4 days. Everyone is so professional and friendly, quiet place, very relaxing.

I love the staff. They answer the phone, they were polite, and professional. Whenever I need extra towels they brought them to my room. Housekeeping was available to replace bedding, garbage bags

At 9:52 am someone opened our door and tried to come in our room thank god we had the metal lock on so they couldn’t come in don’t know if house keeping accidentally did it or we weren’t put in the computer right away and I was able to book the room online with my birthday me being 18 but drove and hour to get there and then they said we needed someone 21 luckily my girlfriend had family by but I shouldn’t have been able to reserve it being 18 and then it’s under the hotels rules so they should definitely change that

The convenience and location of the hotel for what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's clean and great for a short stay.

Security from people not renting a room. Our room door appeared to have been jimmied at one time or another. Should be replaced. We returned to our room late and our keys didn't work and there was no one at the front desk. This ave us an insecure feeling.. If the lobby and halls are not going to be monitored, at least have security doors that open only to patrons. Our room was clean, however, the small coffee maker was not. This could be important to someone that would like a coffee without having to leave their room.

The room was by an exit witch made it easy to access with out walking from the front door .

Didn't like the parking , they had a party that night and took all the parking at the hall . Not easy getting a spot to park , the light above the spa didn't work , vent in room looked like it was going to fall out of the ceiling., Towels are to small for any one , pillows are to small also , $ 200.00 a night is not with the price of the room . Very disappointed ...don't know if I would come back .

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the jacuzzi tub was working and clean, which was the main reason we booked the room.

My only complaint was the "included breakfast" didn't have many options. When I was there on Saturday morning, they only had bread for toast, oatmeal, and yogurt available to eat. They also had juice and coffee, so I ended up only getting coffee and getting breakfast elsewhere.

Receptionist Dre was extremely helpful and professional during our stay, and will be the reason we come back!

Had temporary hot water issues and no towels

Room was conveniently located at end of hall which made nice coming in from outside. Glad the spa tub was in room as I had wanted.

There was wedding at banquet hall next door and music bass was extremely loud and thumping through out night.

the remodel is attractive and comfortable looking. Just attention to detail is needed.

I stayed in two different rooms over my stay. They weren’t consistent with the amenities. And looked like a rush job was done with the remodel. Missed spots on walls and ceiling where it clearly needed another coat. Missing hook on back of bathroom door and toilet paper holder missing. Ac unit held up by a 2x4. Otherwise the remodel is attractive and comfortable looking. Just attention to detail is needed.
